Location was good , room are very quiet , cleaning staff very nice Bathroom door doesn’t lock, And had an odor of pets smell, shower had very little hot water, wanted to go to the pool but was some what dirty.

Easy access from freeway. All of the toiletries in the bathroom were empty.

One or two of the front desk ladies were friendly. The breakfast manager and the house keeping person were friendly, polite and helpful. The beds in the room were comfortable. I travel and stay at hotels all the time with my son’s soccer team. This facility has serious safety and security concerns beyond inconvenience or cosmetic. Mold growths, facility entrance unsecured, pool is dirty and the stairs to the pool are broken. Breakfast and gym are below average. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. The facility manager is rude, disrespectful and insulting and absolutely unprofessional. She hung up on me and denied all my concerns. She doesn’t qualify to be a manager. She will definitely benefit from extra training, and behavioral modification on how to respectfully approach the customers, specifically if I’m an “Honor” member.

It is in a good location with good dining options within walking distance. When we got there the elevator was out of order and there were no rooms available on the first floor. We were given a room on the second floor. So we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to our room.Also, the carpeting in the hall way had stains and smelled dirty. It is probably time to remove the carpet and go with vinyl tile. We went to eat after we got there, and when we returned, the elevator was working.

Bed springs noisy just sitting the bed , floor coming off and also noisy and uneven. Poor maintenance of the building.
