Very nice and good clean

everything is new so that's good but it looks like no one ever put a step in the bedroom, it was dirty but because of the pass of time. I like that the recepcionist really helped as much as he could to fix the air condicioner and change beds, but insects where in every of them anyway. Bed bugs ( a lot), didn't feel safe mostly because I was all alone at the big hostel, no reception and the entrance was very dark ( there was a suspicious man strolling around and I, as a women, totally alone, felt really unsafe. I talked with a man at the only resto that It was opened and he told me to be careful because the Town ( mostly the train station zone) was not safe. The Town is near Siena and Pisa bit I would definitely prefer a big city as Pisa.

good hostel, very clean and the staff is very nice! i booked this thinking i could safe some money by not booking a hostel in florence but for me personally that was a mistake. the trains don‘t run late and i couldn’t fully enjoy the city that way. id you‘re thinking of doing the same thing i would suggest you should invest a little more money into a hostel inside florence. if you simply want to visit this town the hostel is in, it‘s very clean and comfortable and i‘d recommend it!

The beds were too small and the room was extremely hot.
