Hotel Miramonti

Staff was friendly and the rooms where clean with changes of bed and towels. The breakfast was pleasant as well. On the booking.com sites it showed that it had quite a few facilities when asked at reception they didn't have the facilities that was quoted. Also the tourist tax showed €2 but staff said it was €2.50.i asked why they said it was the Fasano council edict from July to October.

We loved the general feel of the accommodation. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. We had small kids with us so the terrace off of room was ideal for us to enjoy while kids slept, also the restaurant next door and the pool! We had an incident on second day where our five year old walked behind me to the pool and a wooden plank on edge of pool collapsed in, he had some scratches and bruised his leg. Thankfully he didn’t injure himself badly, and he could easily have fallen in pool. Lifeguard on duty came to secure the plank

Fabulous place to stay in Fasano, extremely clean, great showers and very comfortable. great location and typical italian breakfast, staff made an excellent recommendation to us for dinner which we loved.

The location was very peaceful and the staff were always friendly. The breakfast was a little limited, and it wasn't made clear to us that early check-in or use of the drinks in the fridge incurred a cost (perhaps naive of us to assume not!)

Superb cleanness, very comfortable bed, pleasant AC, nice location, pretty pool, most of the staff were very nice and helpful. It’s not a fault of the hotel but it’s a place sought for by families with kids. Kids are having fun and of course make noise :). So if you’re looking for a romantic stay like we did, this place might not be optimal for you. Especially as the rooms are not soundproof and the noise starts early in the morning. The breakfast was just good, there was no variety. Lots of sweets, some ham, salami and cheese. What striked me, were the plastic single use cups for the breakfast drinks. In 2021, This is just bad. Not only for environmental reasons, but it also looks cheap and bad. When you want to go to the pool, you need to ask for a “voucher card” at the reception. This we found absolutely useless, especially as one of the lifeguards didn’t care at all (while the second one wouldn’t let you in without the card). I think that showing the key would be sufficient. When returning from the pool, you have to walk all the way around the building, even though there’s back door. A solution to enter from the pool through the back door would improve the comfort.

Swimming pool was fine and nice! Location was also good! Be prepared on a heavy road to the hotel with a lot of hairpin bends, you can also avoid this. Price quality can really be improved.. we expected more. When we compare it with other hotels/b&bs we had. - No chairs on the balcony.. strange? On the pictures on booking you see chairs. - We asked for a take away breakfast, we got 3 (old) bananas, nothing was prepared. - Breakfast is only sweet. If you want some other options you have to pay extra. - Too bad that the lunch options are very limited. You don’t have a lot of options near by the hotel. - Shower was quite small and not very warm.
