I would say, this is a humble guest house. It's a small room but i feel comfortable throughout the stay (the vibe is really homey). Everything is clean; room, bathroom, kitchen area, corridor. Very good wifi connection. It was shared bathroom, amazingly very clean, have HOT WATER and the water pressure is awesome ; plenty of waterrrr The staffs are really helpful and attentive to what we need.the lady who worked the morning shift helped me to get the laundry done, so i don't have to go there by my self. The location is behind the PGRI University. Just 2 mins walking, there is 24 hours Warung Bubur Kacang Ijo. The property is easy to find. RECOMENDED for you guys who seek a nice and decent place to sleep over while in Semarang.

Location and facility. AC was also working properly. Property was very clean and neat. Unfortunately in my room there's only one electricity slot and my room key didn't work properly. I wish that the owner checked on the room key so it'll prevent unwanted issue in the future.
