A good location for traveler passing through Semarang. Not far from Exit and Entry Toll Road I Stayed to short to really enjoy the surounding

The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean. The hotel location is strategic, close to Simpang Lima.

Cleanliness was ok, but you have to provide tooth paste as well. Even after we can buy our own. And hairdryer so we not request all the time to receptionist to just borrowed the hairdryer. Bed sheet color was so awful. And bed to issued the sounds when moved. Location saying it’s in Simpang Lima but it was not. It’s in Siranda, you have to go by car if you have or by grab went to Simpang Lima.

Location perfect. We enjoy night view of Semarang. Staff attitude may be improved. Please be more humble and smile to customers. Breakfast was great but the egg corner serve to long (it could be the problem of stove).

Less of parking area. House keeping not sincere, we left Face Serum and Body Lotion, but they said nothing was left. We book for a Non-Smoking room, check in at 9 PM, Reception said we dont mention it at Booking.com application, so they give us a Smoking Room.

Same like the other favehotel, staff helpful - some staff not wear mask at the public space - meeting hall beside the hotel at 6.30 AM there is a event which disturb guest rest
