old vintage hotel with good breakfast choice i ordered 2 same room type but one had bathtub the other only shower

Friendly staff in the bar Loud music in the lobby. Not enough water coming out of the shower. Water not hot enough. Bad breakfast. Croissants were rock hard. Tables not set up. No knives. This is not the standard of a 5 star hotel.

staff was friendly in the restaurant. for a very similar price you can certainly find hotel which is not under construction with all working facilities. it was not written that the sky lounge is closed due to construction, also pool is closed 17h. when on business trip just not worth checking if hotel has pool, when booking since you can not enjoy it anyway. food was also very mediocre.

The owner is Art Collector and wonderful Art around the hotel and inside the rooms. Rooms are newly renovated. Some areas, like sauna under construction. The Executive Lounge was closed, because we were the only once who booked a suite. To make it good, they brought some food to our rooms.

Excellent hotel in Semarang City with nice interior design. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. There's also a convenience store nearby. None

location is excellent for rest after 6 hrs driving from Jakarta. breakfast is good variety and amount. in room dining is not available after 21:00 hrs. after long distance driving light dinners.

in the hotel is an excellent Chinese restaurant. and the breakfast buffet is nice. bathroom does not match with a five star rating.

Large and clean room The hotel is quite old and it is difficult to think at Grand Candi as a real 5 stars hotel, but the price for sleeping there was ok so I cannot complain too much

Extremely nice boutique hotel with very friendly staff. Nice room with great view over the mountains . Easy access to the city center and other places of interest.

Beautiful lobby. Quick check in check out service, strategic location, spacious room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom with hot water running. To me it is a good value for money. Recommended for a transit or short stay. Did not try the breakfast though but a lot of cafes nearby. A bit smelly, so we brought our car air freshener.

Location was okay Hotel was old & dirty, so much different from the photos. I think it's overpriced.
