The location was great, close to the Simpang Lima boulevard & other amenities were within walking distance (ATM, supermarket, etc). Staffs are friendly & could accommodate last-minute requests. Breakfast options were quite nice as well. The parking lot could be full quite soon, as they didn't have much space on the basement/around the main entrance. However, there is a valet service offered for free when this happens. Also when we had the breakfast rather late, they ran out of (warm) options - I understand that they probably do this to avoid generating too much food waste..

The original room smelled of smoke, the laundry facilities are barely functioning.

Car park is too small is only for 10 cars and the rest will be parked outside hotel. Airconditioner is not cool enough. We have to bring our bagage by ourself with trolley to lobby on 2nd floor and to the room.

nice location situated at city center not much facilities you can enjoy at hotel, breakfast food quality was poor, only one elevator was working
