There's only one lift, and it might take longer to go to your room. Parking space is also very limited, but they have free valet. Their studio room is pretty small, but enough for one.

Room not clean enough. Smelly towels. Water trouble during last day stay. Breakfast staff not ready for serving ommelete. First day breakfast moved to other floor which was not prepared well. Only one elevator for hotel guests.

Clean. Friendly staff Parking lot has a limited space Water heater is too old Only get 1 card key, so need to always ask the front officer to help tapping the card to my floor

A very disappointing experience , room size is unbelievable , difficult to move , no chair. Luckily no rain since the window is out of order.

Spacious and well located with nearby cafes and restaurants. Great initiative to have a water refill point. Such a great initiative! The first room that we were given had ants infestations while the second room, had millipedes coming in from the can’t be closed tight emergency window. The room needs some tender loving care - maintenance and a coat of paint as there were cracks, mildews in the corners.
