Nothing at all. They said they don't have connection with booking.com. the room was fully booked. Need to find another hotel on the spot at 2 am after long road trip despite I have made payment through booking.com. Doesn't provide any acommodation/suggestion/solution for the problem just mention no connection with any apps. Phone number for the property from booking.com can't be called only able to connect the number from google map (different number). Mismatch review between booking.com (around 9) and google map (around 3). Review from google maps mentioned the same problem i.e no connection with any apps despite they have made reservation through the apps. Worst experience.
