Best most comfortable bed mattress ever. Perfect location. Fantastic food. No breakfast after Yoga on Sundays. Should either pull Yoga forward or prolong breakfast on Sundays.

The staff was helpful with anything we needed! Answered all questions and guided us! I felt very safe here with all the security! The free beach club access was a nice touch being able to walk down to just vibe with people was great! Also the sunset here was immaculate! It’s definitely a different vibe than Finn’s it’s more bougie and luxious if that’s what you are looking for. Not so crazy of a party but still fun!

- Beautiful design and one of the coolest hotel concepts in Bali. - Comfortable rooms. - Excellent location in Seminyak with cafés, restaurants, and shops all within walking distance. - Great pool and spa. - Nice attention to detail. they gave us several complimentary gifts, and every day we received a different dessert in our room. - Service was slow throughout the stay, especially room service. - Breakfast was disappointing. Since it’s à la carte rather than a buffet, food often took over 30 minutes to arrive, and finding a table during busy hours could involve a long wait. - The check-in process was slower than expected. - Housekeeping could be improved. There were insects in the room, and the bathroom and towels didn’t always feel as clean as they should have.

We had a memorable stay at Desa Potato Head Bali, and what truly made our experience special was the exceptional customer service. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly caring, friendly, professional, and accommodating specially Yoga and Fysh,They genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and we are very grateful for their kindness and hospitality. Unfortunately, the hotel’s hygiene standards did not meet our expectations. We found blood stains on one of our pillows, which was very concerning and also got rashes on my skin The biggest issue, however, was the amount of mould in the Bamboo Studio room, particularly in the bathroom. As someone with asthma, this significantly affected my breathing and made it difficult to enjoy the stay. I would not recommend the Bamboo Studio rooms for anyone with asthma or respiratory conditions.

Loved this hotel . Perfect vibes, great activities, great architecture, food, staff. My wife and I traveled worldwide and Potato Head is one of the fees hotels we would certainly return. We truly recommend. It's a total immersion on great experiences. Nothing. Place was amazing!

Centrally located Nothing liked everything

The staff were nice and friendly and thoughtful. The location is in a lively place so it’s convenient to shop things. The design and eco friendly concept of the hotel is extraordinary! The food of the beach club was meh. And there is water leaked to the floor from shower room after taking shower.

The entire hotel is designed in a modern and sustainable way, with beautiful natural materials used throughout the resort. The architecture and attention to detail are impressive and create a very special atmosphere. Everything feels thoughtfully designed, stylish, and in harmony with nature. One of the things we loved most was the arrival experience. The reception area is beautifully designed as an open-air space, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning. Upon arrival, we were treated to delicious welcome drinks and healthy energy balls, which were a lovely touch and perfectly reflected the hotel’s unique concept. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The warm hospitality, friendly smiles, and positive energy of the team immediately set the tone for our stay. The staff were outstanding throughout our visit, but the breakfast team deserves special recognition for their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care every morning. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is absolutely stunning, and the sunsets here are simply breathtaking. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and there are many lovely spaces to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The food was excellent. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, and the poolside dining was also very good. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The spa was another highlight of our stay. We had a wonderful therapeutic massage, and the therapist was highly professional and skilled. It was a truly relaxing experience and one of the highlights of our visit. As for the Beach Club, we visited briefly, but it was not really our style. It felt a bit too crowded for our taste, so we preferred spending our time in the quieter areas of the resort. However, this is purely a matter of personal preference, and many guests seemed to enjoy the atmosphere. The only minor drawback was the room itself. While stylish and comfortable, it felt a little small, and the sound insulation could be improved. We could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms and from the corridor, which sometimes affected the overall sense of privacy and quietness. The air conditioning unit was also a bit noisy at times. That said, these small issues did not affect our overall experience. The exceptional service, beautiful design, unique concept, and welcoming atmosphere more than made up for them.

The staff were clearly very well trained and were friendly and efficient. Infinity pool overlooking the beach was nice. Location was near nightlife. I'm sorry, but I can not see how this can be a 5 star resort. The reception/front desk is essentially a juice bar, the furniture was not worth much more than $100, cheap and certainly not cheerful. We had to sit on an outdoor concrete bench during check in. I felt that I was in a 1980's multi story carpark that had been disguised. As someone who has been in construction consultancy and management all my life, I am shocked at how anyone can perceive this to be a beautiful or luxurious building. It's pretty much an eyesore. As we did not take the hotel taxi we were promptly ushered to the golf buggies with our suitcases and dumped on the street outside the gate. Can't imagine any other 5 star hotel treating their guests like this. Very pretentious attitude to luxury. The rooms were stylish avangarde with concrete airbrushed to look like wood, but the rooms were small, the bed small, internet didn't work and narrow balcony unusable. Signs of poor maintenance everywhere.

The staff and the overall experience was at par with what one would expect from an island resort and more. The food was really dispute the short menu. Nothing wrong with the resort itself. Everything was great, the only mistake that its located in Seminyak. I would not go back Seminyak again, although I would do Bali again

Location Hair dryer not working even we ask for twice of changing. Service is slow. Take 2 hours to send a fork. How hilarious! The worst service I’ve ever had at a ‘ 50 best hotel’ lol.

Looks good i want be there again , but they don’t have twin beds !! I slept with my friend on king bed , the value is so expensive compared to the city !! Specially they have a pool and u gonna pay there more , over all it was good experience i would come back again

Breakfast and location are great

Breakfast and lunch by the pool, the beach was amazing, service staff were very friendly and attentive, the room Was very cozy and the location was very practical. Overall it was great experience.

They close the facility, there is even an atm in the resort but it close at 11 PM?
