The location was great. Staff were extremely courteous and helpful. They were the saving grace considering the state of the villa we had booked. Maintenance was next to nothing. Issues with the washrooms, locks of door and safety box not working. Air conditioner in one of the rooms of the 2 bedroom villa was not working.

The Villa was large and beautifully decorated. I loved the outdoor bathroom and all the plumbing worked perfectly. The pool was quiet and clean and we used it every day. The room was quiet as well.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Great location with easy access to nearby attractions, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I loved iy

All staff very helpful.. nice view villa

Big spacious room with large outdoor bathroom and plenty of hot water Location was not great for us, further away from the main parts of Seminyak and lacks any atmosphere. Room had moldy smell and you could see the mold on the roof, outdoor bathroom gets very wet and slippery when it rains and is poorly designed for use during wet season.

Clean and cosy rooms. Away from the Main Street and short walk to beach where there are many oceanfront dining options available The rooms that back onto the adjoining property where roosters wake you up very early. The pool area could do with a touch up ie lawns and shower.

we really loved our stay here! some people said about the bungalows being close to busy street but honestly it was a quiet and pleasant stay for us! the bed was comfortable, the room and the bathroom was beautiful, and we loved the surroundings. it is also in a good location, easy to get to any place in Seminyak or Canggu, the staffs are all very attentive to our needs and help us with everything we need, like motor rental, massage recommendation and even places to go! breakfast was also simple and lovely, they have quite a range of menu. we would totally go back again!

Superb

The rooms we very beautiful, we had a two bedroom villa with our 1 year old. We only used one room. Very lovely rooms! the private pool didn’t have many steps wide so our toddler had to be held the whole time and I didn’t put my hair under cause I could smell chlorine incase it went green. The breakfast wasn’t our favourite but the room it’s self and the bathroom was actually very nice. We didn’t have any mosquitoes bite us, kept the doors shut :) staff were all very lovely too easy walk to food and shops and taxis everywhere

Ambiance

My stay at Casa Batu Belig was beyond my expectations! From the nourishing and delicious breakfasts, to the attentive and welcoming staff, and its amazing pool and garden that feels like an oasis in the hustle and bustle of the city, it was truly what I needed and wanted to end my solo trip before heading back to the airport! Its location was perfect and close to the beach, the shopping and restaurants scene, the flea market.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Slept like a baby. It was just a bit close to the main road. Street was really busy.

I love the location.. it’s in between busy canggu and hip seminyak.. Its value for money and it’s comfortable.. The Villas can be better maintained.. it needs a little spruce up .. a good paint job will do it good.. The bfast can be more varied.. however I will stay here again for its convenience and value for money..

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa. It was amazing!!! The staff were incredible, the breakfast was awesome and it was overall a very relaxing fun week. At times the villa needed some minor maintenance and staff needed to come in to fix it. It was mildly inconvenient
