We had a fantastic short break at Villa Atma and truly enjoyed our stay! Despite a slightly dark road leading to the property, the location itself was excellent. The villa was conveniently situated near cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, and even a spa, making it easy to find everything we needed. The pool, while on the smaller side, was perfect for a group of four to relax and cool off. The housekeeping staff was exceptional - they kept the rooms and common areas impeccably clean throughout our stay. We were particularly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. On our last day, we requested the help of the admin to mail a postcard, and they even sent us a photo as proof the next day! This kind of service goes above and beyond! A big thank you to Jodie, Putra, Brian, and the entire staff for making our short escape from the city relaxing and hassle-free. We will definitely recommend Villa Atma to our friends in Malaysia! a slightly dark road leading to the villa.

Pool area is amazing. A lot of space in the rooms and outside. Villa is in the walking distance to good restaurants. Bedding was not clean at the arrival, we made the staff aware of it and they changed the bedding the next morning.

We loved our stay at Villa Atma, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could have needed for our 6 night stay. Daily cleaning was thorough and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Sun lounge area was in full sun all day which was great. Nothing major and nothing that could be helped by the hosts, we would likely stay somewhere a bit further north/closer to the action on our next trip. We don't mind walking, but it would be a bit out of the way if you want everything at your doorstep. The pool also is shaded for much of the day so was a bit cold, but this is purely personal preference.

Nice and clean villa in a great location. It is close to the road but it's quiet there. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, a huge shout out to them! The only thing to note is that the taxi and food delivery services can't find the right address and go to the wrong street for some reason - so just need to be aware and double-check and give them instructions.

Villa well decorated, clean and comfortable. Such a joy staying here! Rain water gets into living room floor if it rains heavy. But staff are quick to help clean it when asked.

Very clean and the communication from the Manager Brian was excellent I would have liked a topper on the bed as it was a bit firm for me. But everything else was perfect

The villa is conveniently located in Seminyak, close to everything and yet in a quiet area. The rooms are comfortable and the AC works just fine. The living room and kitchen has everything that you need The only minus is that the villa manager stressed us out by repeatedly sending us requests to pay the remaining amount through a link outside Booking.com. In the end we could pay upon arrival with credit card details with no problem. But the emotional damage was done. I think the manager should look into changing his approach (Booking.com explicitly states not to follow any external links or provide your credit card details to third parties)

Service was superb to make sure our stay was great for us. When air con broke down, they came to fix immediately. We appreciate their efforts. Very hot in the living room. Open layout. No amenities in the bathroom eg. No Toothbrush, shower cap.

Exceptional

The villa was in a very quiet location close to cafes, shops and bars. The neighborhood feels suburban with many local homes and even a school nearby. The Shelter, around the corner from the villa was our go to for breakfast and coffee.

Staff service is excellent, attended immediately on request. TV is small and in only one bedroom, would have preferred one in each bedroom or in the living room
