The pool was cold, hardly anyone was using it which is a shame. Investing in a water heater for those windy shady days would be great for guests so we can comfortably use the pool all year round.

Great hotel in a central spot, has a designated beach area too. Really loved the added perks of hotel classes. The hotel staff minded bags down at the beach so I could go surfing. Wish I spent longer at this place.

الفندق لاباس به، وبعد أن تحدثت مع الإدارة عن ملاحظاتي تعاملوا باحترام ونقلونا إلى غرفة أخرى في اليوم التالي. طاقم العمل كان ودودًا، ومنطقة المسبح جميلة وهادئة The hotel was not bad, and after I shared my concerns, the management handled my complaint professionally and moved us to another room the next day. The staff were friendly, and the pool area was nice. للأسف لم يكن الفندق بالمستوى الذي توقعته من فندق خمس نجوم. موقعه بعيد نسبيًا عن السنتر وليس على البحر مباشرة. الغرف صغيرة، وحتى بعد تغيير الغرفة بقيت المساحة محدودة جدًا مع أرضية سيراميك لا تعطي إحساسًا بالراحة أو الفخامة. أكثر ما أزعجني هو أن الاهتمام بالنزيل كان أقل بكثير مما وجدته في بقية فنادق بالي. خلال رحلتي أقمت في ثلاثة فنادق خمس نجوم، وجميعها كانت بتقييم يتجاوز 9، وهذا الفندق كان الأقل من ناحية الخدمة والتجربة. إذا كنت ستدفع هذا السعر، فأعتقد أن هناك خيارات أفضل تقدم قيمة وخدمة أعلى Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet my expectations for a 5-star resort. It is not directly on the beach and is farther from the main attractions than I expected. The rooms are small, and even after changing rooms, the space was still limited with ceramic flooring that didn’t feel comfortable or luxurious. The biggest disappointment was the level of guest care, which was well below what I experienced at the other 5-star hotels I stayed at in Bali. During this trip I stayed at three highly rated 5-star hotels, and this one was the weakest in terms of service and overall experience. If you’re paying this price, I believe there are much better hotels with higher standards and better service.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were amazing

The staff are wonderful. I don't think that I passed one staff member without being greeted warmly. The rooms are amazing. Great comfortable bed. If you are looking for a hotel where you can relax by the pool - this is not the place. Whilst you can not blame the hotel for this, the pool during the day is overun by screaming children. I felt like I was at a creche where all the adults had simply abonded their children for the day. The constant screaming from the pool was beyond annoying. Luckily this noise was not heard in the bedroom as the sound insullation is next to none. But who goes on holiday to spend it in your room. Again, this is something that is not the hotels fault as they do not advertise as 'adults only', simply writing this review for like minded people. If I had known this about the pool area, I would not have booked here regardless of the room quality.

The view from the room, how clean it was and so central. The breakfast was fantastic and also the free taxi ride to the airport. Drilling and babies crying. You can hear noise from the adjacent rooms and there is building work being carried out in the building next door. So drilling and babies crying did not make it a relaxing holiday.

It's not like a resort more like hotel. King bed was small more like a queen. No choice of pillows.

This was my third stay at this hotel, and definitely not the last! Every time I come back, I leave with even better impressions. The team here is absolutely wonderful — everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is currently going through renovations, and you can already see how beautifully everything is being updated. The rooms are bright, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything you might need during your stay. I especially appreciated the quiet and efficient air conditioning, which made the atmosphere even more relaxing. Another big plus is the concierge and service team. Any request is handled incredibly quickly — usually within 5 to 15 minutes maximum — and always with kindness, professionalism, and a positive attitude. The guests were also very pleasant; the atmosphere throughout the hotel felt calm, respectful, and peaceful. No noise, no disturbances — just a very comfortable environment to relax and enjoy the stay. I honestly could not find any negatives at all. Thank you to the entire team for such a great experience. I will definitely return again! -

Courtyard by Marriott Seminyak is a fantastic stay with excellent service, clean modern rooms, and a great location near the beach. The pool area is relaxing, and the staff truly go above and beyond—even surprising us with a cake for our anniversary, which made our stay extra special. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Mardi, Angga, Eka and their wonderful team.

Breakfast was good and service was good too. Room was good but the view out of the window was not the best. Nice and clean facility. Pool and bar closes too early. Could not enjoy these facilities much.

The food in the restaurant was high quality, and the breakfast buffet was the best I've seen at any hotel in over 50 years of traveling ..incredible selection. The Spa Club where I had a Balinese Massage was superb, and the swimming pool was wonderful.

Location My recent stay at Marriott Bali was unfortunately a big disappointment. I booked this stay specifically for relaxation and peace, looking forward to unwinding after a long journey. I checked in at 1:00 AM, expecting to finally rest. However, starting from 7:00 AM, vacuum machines were running and construction work continued throughout my stay inside the property. The constant noise was extremely disturbing and made it impossible to relax or enjoy the environment. For a hotel of this reputation and standard, I did not expect such a lack of consideration for guests’ comfort especially so early in the morning after a late-night check-in. This was far from the relaxing experience I had planned, and it significantly affected the quality of my stay. I sincerely hope management takes guest comfort more seriously moving forward.

Loved everything they had to offer, staff were absolutely fantastic, always around if anything was needed. Ari from concierge has excellent customer service. He was very attentive, helped with our bags and helping us into the cars, he also remembered all our names which shows how great he is. Everything was great!!

What a wonderful stay at your hotel! A big thank you to the whole team for making it so special. I’ll definitely be back. Everything was pristine and handled with great professionalism. The only small issue was the music from the pool area, which was a bit loud and carried indoors — however, it didn’t significantly affect my stay. There’s also construction work next to the hotel, but the noise level is quite manageable and doesn’t interfere much.
