The location, the friendly staff who always seem happy to help, the luxurious spaces, and the beautifully maintained surroundings. The checkout time, I wish we had an option to check out late.

They treated us so incredibly special for our honeymoon. This was a dream come true destination from start to finish this resort made our honeymoon feel like a fairy tale. Upon arrival we had a beautiful set up in our room on our bed with a special treat, note, design on our bed and floral bath drawn up. They set us up with a bottle of wine upon arrival as well. The spa was incredible we were able to have two appointments while we were there. The first was a floral foot bath, massage and foot massage and the second was a couples pamper session with a. Floral foot bath, massage, facial, body scrub and couples bath. We also enjoyed using the spa amenities to shower upon arrival when our room wasn’t ready and to use the sauna, hot tub and cold plunge. The spa staff was wonderful! We also really enjoyed working with Uma to help us schedule spa appointments and arrange a floral bath and champagne and private dinner prior to our arrival. No detail was missed, as soon as we arrived the manager Renata greeted us and helped us to provide local tips and checked on us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. When we arrived we were given floral necklaces which was a nice touch, our room wasn’t ready perfect and the cleaning service and then down service was perfect. They helped us provide us with everything we needed throughout our stay. We also loved the pools, dance classes, happy hour and multiple dining facilities! It was truly a beautiful escape from busy life staying here. We also took advantage of the private couples dinner which was top class for our honeymoon. The room wasn’t set up beautifully with flowers leading up to our dinner set up and a table overlooking the ocean surrounded by floral designs and candles. It was a dream come true. The chef sent us multiple incredible courses and they were able to work with our diet restrictions. Panda was our server and he was so fun, helping us to take photos and was such a wonderful server.

Location amazing and I didn’t smell the mold in the room which is rare

Nothing only the swimming pool of the villas that it was nice and the rooms was clean But all the others service was worst from the room till the service The quality is not equal to the price as it’s was defined in the website: from the check in was very late that the room was not ready on time after long hours of travel that I need to use my room on time that it’s was not , towels and bed linens have to be throw as it’s very old recommended to renew it, washroom was broken down, the amenities was completely separated from rooms building we need to cross the road and walk to reach the swimming pool and restaurant……etc , I did not like at all

Service of the staff, promptness in resolving issues were excellent. Spa facilities were great. Morning breakfast was wonderful. Room was spacious and with a great view of the beach. Definitely would love to see better dining experience. Given that there are not many restaurants nearby, it is disappointing that the menu in the sole restaurant on the premises is lacking. We were looking for vegetarian fare, and there was none.

while the room is specious, for Bali it is rather small and the aircon was really noisy.

It was beautiful. The pool is gorgeous, service was amazing. Epi, Uma, Aditi are some of the staff that were very kind, friendly and always ready to help.

The Location Near The Beach Lack of Food Options

What really made our experience special was the kindness and hospitality of the staff. Everyone was extremely polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. We also really appreciated their flexibility and understanding when our flight was cancelled. They handled the situation with great professionalism and helped make a stressful situation much easier for us. Small details like the attention to guests, the warm attitude of the team, and the overall level of service made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bali. We would definitely love to come back again.

Absolutely everything! The staff is amazing, so helpful and nice, the amenities are great, the rooms great and the beds some of the best we ever slept in. The breakfast selection was good and fresh and also the other food and drinks we had at the restaurant and pool where so good. Just all in all an amazing place that was impossible to leave!

Beautiful property in an amazing location! We were able to easily walk around and explore nearby. Staff is so friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us by name. Lovely amenities! I especially loved the infinity pool. We got a couples massage at the spa which was delightful and relaxing. The breakfast is fantastic and I loved trying all the Indonesian selections, pastries, and fresh fruits. We chose the room option with the jacuzzi and the stay was truly luxurious. I would gladly come back and book the villa next time! I found it a bit inconvenient to have to sign for drinks/food every time we ordered poolside, but perhaps I’m accustomed to amassing a single tab and this may also be the property’s way of protecting against fraudulent orders. Otherwise nothing to dislike
