The facilities themselves are wonderful. It’s a good place to stay for a night or two while continuing on with your travels. The breakfast was good as well.

No hot water and didn't like the bed linen

Close to the beach, good rates for motorcycle rental, clean big pool, comfortable bed, spacious rooms, affordable breakfast, and incredibly kind staff. With a bike everything was easy to reach but even without one there is plenty to do within a 15 min walk. We liked it here so much that we extended our stay. WiFi could have been better but it worked well enough for us.

The property was beautiful set out, lovely big pool and lots of places to relax. The room was clean and spacious, great aircon, bed was so comfy and the room had lots of storage space. HOT showers which didn't turn cool after a few mins like some do ?? The breakfast was so good! I looked forward to it every morning. The best part though was the staff, so kind, so welcoming, even arranged and airport pick up for me and were so polite and lovely. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Senggigi. No complaints

The staff was great! Very attentive. Breakfast was good. For a person traveling alone is not the best place. Had to change from a economic room to the biggest one, shared bathroom was a horror.

My private room was comfortable and a great value for the price. Laundry was quick, airport shuttle was easy to book and a great bakery across the street! Very quiet .. didn’t seem like many others were there however it’s low season so understand.

Lovely hotel with a great pool! Shame it was so quiet, as I can imagine it's a great vibe when busy. Room was perfect for what we needed and in a good location. The staff were really lovely. Shoutout to Arman who took us to and from the port. He was so friendly and exceptional at his job. The bathroom door wouldn't lock and the shower wasn't great but good enough for us backpackers!

they hotel stuff behavior are very bad ?we stays 4 days just last day we go out , come back time was late for 1.5hours for the payment , they kept our bag at the reception stuff behavior
