Love how quiet the room is. Felt sound proofed. Room was too warm and the AC did not work well

Bustling local neighbourhood and courteous, friendly staff. Plenty of dining options right outside the front door, as well as convenience stores.

It’s called a tourist hotel but very little signage in English. Staff not pleasant nor polite. The surrounding area made me sad. I was however really happy to see that place in the rear view mirror! Best day of the trip :)

I’ve stayed at this property many times during my time living in Korea and it has always been comfortable and good value for money. In this particular stay I was given a room with a refrigerator that didn’t work (had power but no cooling capacity). I also received a call from reception asking why I hadn’t checked out on the second day of my three day stay. I was able to sort this out and presumably it was an error in their booking system, but I didn’t receive an apology. I felt like I was being ‘tolerated’ as a guest, as opposed to being welcomed. I would note that I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the years and this was my first bad experience, so hopefully it was just a one off ?.

The only issue is communication problem also, they are not flexible with check out time.

Good they have Coffee machine in reception and we can have it any time required. They don’t have universal sockets in hotel so converter is required and their English is not so good, make difficult to communicate some time

The room is big, so as the bed. Clean, with free coffee. Equipped with essentials. Peaceful and quiet. I had a good rest after a tiring day of walk. Although a bit far from the center, its location is close to subway station. The lady in the concierge communicates in English so it’s a plus for me.

Everything was really nice: the room and the hotel itself was good and clean, cleanup was offered daily and the furniture was very comfortable. There was free water in the lobby, as well as free coffee. The WiFi was great. Very good bang for the buck. Staff was very helpful and polite: we had an issue with a leaking kettle and the staff replaced it immediately; whenever we had a question or an issue they helped out right away. Unfortunately there wasn't a microwave within the room, however, one is available in the lobby. There is no on-site laundry facility for the guests (however there's one public laundry facility very close by so it wasn't much of an issue).
