Good location, from hotel to duomo 25 minutes with the train. They can do a better job cleaning the rooms, found lots of hair in my bed and toilet, they did changed my room after.

The stuff is very nice and helpful. The breakfast is decent. The place is run down and needs repair. The room was small and uncomfortable. The bathroom was full of mold and the shower was leaking. The is not enough storage room in the room and in the bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, especially during the fair period when finding good accommodation at a reasonable price can be challenging. The hotel offers an excellent value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and a very practical location. One of the biggest advantages is the excellent connection by metro, with a direct line to the fairgrounds without the need for any transfers. This made our daily visits to the fair very easy and stress-free. Another great benefit is the hotel’s garage, which allowed us to leave our car safely and enjoy our stay in Milan without having to use it during our visit. This made getting around the city much more convenient. The breakfast is also quite good. A great choice for business travelers and anyone visiting Milan, especially during major events and exhibitions. We would gladly stay here again. The only aspect that could be improved is the overall condition and design of some hotel facilities. The rooms and common areas would benefit from a modern refresh, and updating the elevator would also improve the overall guest experience.

The hotel was very nice, the breakfast was american type Buffet and was very good. The staff very helpful and the hotel was very neat. And good price The location is not the best but you have a metro station like 4 blocks away. And one of the elevators was a little bit crazy. Rest, very grerat stay.

The room had a fridge and a safety deposit box At reception, they had no cups or glasses for drinks bought there. They appeared to only have one bottle opener and the member of staff had to find it when I wanted to get a bottle opened. Also the internet went down a couple of times and we couldn’t pay by card for the drinks so we couldn’t have them. You can’t put them on your room
