Room not great. Last year I had a lovely room. I had twin beds despite being alone which was very frustrating. Room wasnt very nice. But the staff were wonderful!

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, nice courtyard to relax and good breakfast. No coffee or tea station in the room.

I would never stay here in 1 million years. The communication was the worst I’ve ever had. They don’t even respond to their messages at all for days in a row they’re uncaring and selfish people do not Book here. everything i hated everything especially he management they were irresponsive and don’t give a crap about anyone

Although we stayed in a corner suite, overall room facilities and hotel are ageing and definitely need refurbishment. Overall atmosphere especially in the lobby and breakfast area.

Great location in central area of Sète. Room had a view to the canal. The hotel and Sete in general seemed a bit tired. Maybe end of the season or maybe just a bit down at heel.

Location The room was not so great. Windows were so high we couldn’t see anything. A bit dark too because dark blue walls.

Absolutely delightful reception from a young lady named Carla !! Very dynamic big smile always willing to help The rooms were very clean !! Morning breakfast very nice well organized with Carla in charge again ( this young lady is everywhere fast and efficient) Thank you ! The property could use a little revamp more colors in the room ( all gray)

If you want to be central then the location is ideal. A sad hotel, in need of an a overhaul and some proper lighting instead of semi darkness. The room (112) was depressing. Thankfully we only had to stay there one night!
