Breakfast was so good, a platter complete with delicious homemade dishes were brought to our room every morning. Hosts were extremely sweet, warm and courteous.

Exceptional

The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk from the Port. Entering the property feels like stepping into a Moroccan Riad—calm, peaceful, and with a stunning pool area. The hosts were absolutely perfect, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Every morning, breakfast was delivered to our room’s patio, which was such a treat! The warm eggy bread, fresh pastries, juice, and tea or coffee made for a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene and beautifully run accommodation. These were small things and didn’t take away from our overall great experience, but the room above us had early risers, and their morning bathroom routine woke us up earlier than we would have liked. Also, the room's WiFi was a bit problematic. We were provided with an alternative WiFi option, but it still didn’t work well, which meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the internet TV. Despite these minor inconveniences, we had a lovely stay!

The hospitality. Julie and Adrienne are lovely hosts. We were made to feel welcome and were looked after attentively. Additional privacy is needed for the toilet.

Everything. It was a small paradise. Very friendly people running the B&B, clean rooms, great pool, nice additional terrace, great location. We look forward coming back soon! Nothing.

Great new renovation, well designed, lovely breakfast and welcoming hosts

A newly opened business - so everything was clean and new. A nice quiet street. The little pool area and garden really were nice. It was great to have breakfast on our own little patio. The couple who run it were wonderful and helped with a couple of problems we had. The wifi - but I think this was temporary. A door on the bathroom - would be a good idea!

Lovely oasis of calm in this busy town. Loved the location in a working part of the town, but right bang in the centre too. So easy to walk everywhere from the house. The property itself is fantastic. Tastefully decorated, a beautiful pool and sun loungers, plus private terraces for all the rooms. There's also a roof terrace with fridge and cooker to prepare meals. Breakfast is a real treat and Julie was so helpful with any queries we had. Highly recommended. We loved everything. Maybe a toilet door, especially so you don't disturb your partner if you need to go during the night.

A peaceful and stylish haven a short walk from the centre of Sete.

Very cosy place ! Close to the main places in Sete ! The hosts are perfect and take care of you. Don’t hesitate to come for a week !

It was clean, had AC, delightful breakfast, lovely pool and very nice hosts.
