We like the breakfast there, including the scrambled eggs, croissants and fruits. Good quality towels and beddings. It’s not something we do not like, just leave an information for others. The overnight parking is in 2 mins walk distance. Not expensive for 24 hours.

Great location - close to Marina and Troia ferries. Wonderful, helpful staff.
-
Very central location, in a beautiful, well-restored, and decorated building. Staff are kind and attentive.
-
Great location. Easy walk to restaurants, water front and other sites. Staff is friendly and very helpful, Nice breakfast. Parking on the street or a public lot is for pay but it is very accessible so it isn’t a major deterrent.

Very good hotel. The location was perfect! The rooms were very nice and clean. I love everything! I recommend.

Service from the staff was exceptional. They let us store our bags for a whole week while we were on a cycling trip and put them in our room on our return. The location was excellent as well. Easy walk to the waterfront and the old town.

Staff is very friendly, helpful and spoke excellent English. The hotel has a nice boutique charm and is very clean. Excellent location. It was hard to cool the room as much as I would have liked.

I didn’t have any concerns
-
Very nice hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. Need to be aware that there is no elevator so you have to walk up to rooms.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and anticipated our needs. The hotel was charming and clean.

Breakfast was great. Cleanliness was fantastic Upon arrival we felt the check in staff could have been much more engaging and friendly and this was a disappointment

The location was fantastic, and the breakfast was excellent. The real standout, though, was the two young ladies at the front desk — one on the evening shift and the other in the morning. They were absolutely delightful, helpful, and even offered to assist with carrying our large suitcases up the stairs, which was greatly appreciated. Our room was large, clean, and very comfortable. The only drawback — and something that really can’t be helped — is that there are two sets of stairs to reach any of the rooms. This could be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service and hospitality. We absolutely loved this property — it’s stylish, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The setting feels very urban, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and local energy, which really made us feel part of the city. Everything about the stay was enjoyable — clean, well-designed, and well-managed. The only drawback is that there’s no elevator. It’s something to be aware of if you have heavy luggage or mobility concerns, as the stairs can be a bit of a climb. That said, the charm and location more than made up for it. Overall, a lovely property we’d happily stay at again.

Rooms were spacious and artfully decorated. Staff super friendly. Amazing breakfast.
-
Friendly staff, clean room, outstanding curtains that made room pitch black if needed, quiet room, awesome water pressure, delicious breakfast.
-
5 star service and cleanliness. Friendly and helpful staff . Right across from ferry to Tróia beach. A bit pricier than I would have liked . A bit further away from Arribada park but ok distance via Bolt

We loved the staff. Really helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was also very .good. The room was comfortable and very clean. The location couldn’t be better. Close to everything! People should be aware that there is no elevator. It has the ground floor which is the entrance and two more floors where all the rooms and breakfast room are located. Thankful for the staff who take your luggage up the stairs when you arrive and down the stairs when you are ready to check out, if you want/need them to. As I stated before, they are truly wonderful. If you are older or physically impaired, it will be difficult.

I booked Rio Art after my local Airbnb listing turned out to be a bad fit — and I’m so glad I did! The staff are very kind and attentive, super knowledgeable about things to do and how to get around. The breakfast included each morning as high quality and delicious, helping me start the days off right. The room itself was well sized for a solo traveler and had what I was looking for (strong A/C, most importantly!). Small touches like an included half bottle of wine and the common areas made the experience all the more charming. There is no elevator / lift but the extra steps on the stairs were fine by me.

Great hotel, location is perfect for those stayng in Setubal. The staff are great, helpful, kind and accomodating. I would stay here again anytime I come to this area. We had requested a baby cot, and I really appreciated that it was there and ready once we checked in and got into our room. Thank you to all the staff
