Location The space was tiny and dark, the floor felt like it was going to cave in when we walked on it, no extra bath towels and zero hand towels, coffee machine but no coffee pods. Very simple and the price paid was inflated for what we got. You must call to check in. Check in time is 3pm and you cannot check in one minute earlier. You must call exactly at 3pm. I called at 2:45pm and was told to call back at 3pm. They said they will send someone in 5 minutes m. We waited 20 minutes for someone to let us in. Not a good check in process at all. Lockbox would be much more convenient.

Steep stairs on 3rs floor, super difficult to go up. Properly listed as having laundry but did not. Staff doesn’t respond on time.
