I have stayed at Alcacaria more than four times and continue to enjoy the tranquillity in comfortable surroundings and a quiet neighbourhood. The property is everything that I need and I enjoy the owner and the day to day manager. I enjoy the tranquillity, simplicity, calm and friendliness.

The member of staff who served the breakfast and did the cleaning is superb. I liked the breakfast, cleanliness, and the location.

Location of hotel and the room was very comfortable. Rooms are very quiet, too. Breakfast was fair, not great.

Parking not easy as need to keep topping up the payment - street parking is 4 hours max although free between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m. No real storage for clothes in the room.

Breakfast was fine, staff is really friendly and helpful, beds are comfortable. The shower. It was clogged, water could not drain, there was hair in the bathroom from previous guest. If this will be improved, it will be a really nice place to stay at.
