From check in to check out it was a pleasant experience. Everything about the room was clean. We loved the balcony. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept on in years! Staff was very friendly, and the grounds were kept clean.

We rebooked here from another inn that was in nasty shape and what a difference it was! The hotel was clean and well-maintained and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Our room overlooked the river and we loved watching the sunset there. We will definitely stay there again when passing through! Absolutely loved our stay.

Clean and quiet - away from the congestion of the touristy stuff, but close enough to get to everything. The indoor pool open 24 hours is very nice. Pools are a bit small, but nice to hang out in, especially if it's raining.

We had a great time using the outdoor lazy river, the outdoor pool, and the indoor pool and hot tub during our brief stay. Breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is charming and well-maintained.

The hotel was very nice, the rooms were clean and we will stay there again, but there were a few items I think need to be addressed. There is only one elevator is extremely slow and utilized by the entire hotel!!! In the room we stayed in, the USB connections near the bed nightstand were broken, the bathroom door was sagging and tough to close. We opted out of daily room cleaning, but the day we asked for a cleaning the room was not completely cleaned, we found that it was not vacuumed, the coffee maker was not cleaned or replenished with coffee pods!!!

I loved the hot tub, inside and outside pool, and a lazy river! The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

2nd time staying here. love that it is closer to the freeway and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. super clean, friendly staff. will stay here again

The pool and lazy river was nice. There were ants in the bathroom. There was a smell in the hotel in general that was not good. The walls were paper thin and we could hear the people in room above us or talking until late hours of the night.

From beginning to end was a great experience. Really decent continental breakfast and super convenient room location and access. 24 hr operational pool is also a major plus

The rooms were nice and spacious. The breakfast was good and there was variety. The hotel was in good driving distance to other attractions. The staff were friendly and the little balconies were nice. The hotel was also clean. The showers were a little slippery and the nossle on the shower head would intermittently spurt water in between the regular stream. The hair dryer was very hot to hold even on the lowest setting and the wifi was not the greatest.

Loved the location. It was perfectly located between Field of Dreams and Gatlinburg. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pools and that the indoor pool was open all night. We really loved the sunset views. Staff in kitchen were not friendly never smiled or offered help. Had to wait for coffee to be replaced a couple of times.
