Very clean apartment, well located to walk to main attractions, excellent communication and customer service from very friendly hosts. Also liked having access to the hotel with excellent breakfast and service. Nothing!

Location, confort and attentive staff

The service from front desk was excellent. Aziz was very helpful as I was navigating some of itinerary changes. Location is in the heart of Santa Cruz. We had breakfast at the main hotel all days and it had good selection and was tasty. The property has old charm. Would love to stay again.

Great location with fine basic rooms on the small side

Everything was good

Every aspect of this property was outstanding- the location in a small, quiet and quaint plaza, the multiple parks and plazas within just a few footsteps, several restaurants and taverns within a 2-3 minute walk, the lovely room with an array of amenities. The House itself was lovely with lots of attention to hospitality. There is a lift. The sister property is within a few minute walk. Unfortunately I ate in the restaurant my last night- had I visited there earlier, I would have eaten there more often! Food, atmosphere and hospitality were fantastic. The major attractions and monuments were located an easy and scenic 5-10 minute walk. Price was on par or less than many rooms around the tourist center. I would highly recommend this accommodation to family and friends.

Not quite at night

This property exceeded our expectations! The room was spacious, with a nice large seating area, a roomy bathroom, plenty of storage, and a large bed. The location was fantastic! Check in was after hours for us, but they made it easy by sending the info ahead of time so we could access without having to stop by the front counter at all. Lots of nice little amenities - free drink at bar, well appointed room, treats in the common area, etc. The parking was not a good situation. They did have a recommended lot; however, it was full and finding something else anywhere nearby was impossible. We ended up parking at another hotel that offered non-guest parking and taking a taxi an 8-10 minute drive to the property. That was really the only negative thing I can say about our experience.

Great location, good value, comfy bed. Check in process cumbersome, breakfast off site, would be a 10/10 if there were a nespresso machine in the room.

I dont know the other rooms but room 7 was outstanding. I like the decor and having huge comfortable terrace was so perfect. We enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The location is perfect. We parked our car to a private parking and walked there about 5 minutes. But the hotel is more close to the center, about 2-3 minutes walking distance. We like that there is a rolling shutter as we like to sleep in dark. Room was so cleen, amenities were more than enough. The staff was so helpfull as we commicate through wp. There isnt hangers for towels. The bed was not comfortable. Other than that everything was perfect.

Hotel is beautifully decorated. Location is close to main historic attractions. There’s unlimited coffee and bread available free of charge all day. And a fresh bottle of water in your refrigerator. Room is serviced every day. Bed is comfortable. Toiletries are of good quality and generously dispensed. We were granted late check out upon request. Nothing. Everything is perfect .
