Great location, lovely staff, fantastic roof terrace and access to tea/coffee and snacks Unfortunately I was allocated a room right beside the reception area. It was very hot and I was disturbed during the night by people congregating just outside my room. If Id had a room upstairs it would have been a much pleasanter stay.

The hotel is literally a walk away from Seville Cathedral and the room is very spacious. There is free snack in the lobby open 24x7z nothing. place is very nice

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a very large bathroom. I was a little concerned about the noise because we were off the lobby on the ground floor. But guests were very respectful and didn't hang out in the lobby, talking loudly at night and also were quiet in the morning. The coffee, water, and juices plus fruit, cereal and cookies were included free of charge and were a nice surprise. We have no complaints and would stay here again.

The check in was smooth and the room was clean. Out in the lobby there was a water cooler for the guests to access. They also had a refrigerator with different juices and soda that was free to the guests. That was nice. The location was excellent for being around the city center. The staff were all very nice. I would stay there again. My taxi driver sent me the opposite way, so it took me about twenty minutes to find the hotel. No fault of the hotel, obviously. Cars can't pull up directly to the hotel as it's on a very narrow street. My room was small, but manageable.
