The location is good, and thats probably the only thing good about it, the staff is nice too. To me, not putting water in the room is just not human. My room had a window looking at the hallway. It was dark

It’s very nice place. I would recommend it. I would stay there again.

We loved the location, we were so close to everything. Having restaurants just outside the doors was perfect. We had a car and the hotel has an arrangement with a local parkade, it was about a 5min walk. Easy to get to and the price was ok. No complaints.

This was my second stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, this experience was not as good as my first.

The entry and lobby are great The rooms are cramped and poorly designed. Also we were next to the lobby and it was very noisy

Location. Located at a Beautiful square. Silent in the middle of the old town. Close to everywhere There was no window that you can see day light and fresh air, the only window was a tiny curtained one iooking to the courtyard. The room was airless and very small makes you feel clostrofhobic.

Friendly staff. Clean (almost) room. Close to shopping not far to main sights. Parking garage close by, discount from hotel. Small thing but dirty spoon left in the otherwise clean room. Reception said they could not get us a clean one and to talk to booking.com as the hotel could not deal with our complaint. Also only instant coffee in the room, payment of €1 per coffee pod in reception. Just to be aware, this room is on the main floor and all sound from the reception carries.

Perfect location and in the same time very quiet and serene.

Location and cleaness the room is very small and dark, with a small window that overlooks a dark skylight. the staff is extremely unfriendly - they mixed up our rooms, then sulked that we didn't realize it, they don't say good morning or goodbye
-
There were works at the hotel, which made it look very messy at the entrance.

The location was very good for us,in the Old Town, perfect for exploring the city on foot.It was not so far from Alcazar Palace and The Cathedral of Sevilla. Our room was clean, spacious with a large terrace.

The location that had the potential to be a lovely place. The hotel was organized around a patio that could have been beautiful if hadn’t been used as a storage place and if the rooms had real windows. Our room didn’t have a window which made us feel like we were sleeping in a closet. At night because of the lack of ventilation we had to use the air conditioning in February! When we complained to the hotel receptionist he told us it was because there were only a few rooms with windows that were more expensive. Nowhere in the description was this difference mentioned. When we asked to change rooms none of the rooms with windows were available which meant we spent two sleepless nights in a cubbyhole. This is a real shame as the hotel has the potential to be a lovely place.

Hotel Was in a great location. Rooms were a clean and simple. There was some construction during the day and noise in the night as rooms are not soundproof. Overall stay was good with no real complaints. Noise level was a bit higher then we would like.

A big shout out to Jesus at the front desk (hotel staff, not the biblical figure) who helped me resolve an issue with my trip completely unrelated to the hotel. He went above and beyond any possible expectations!
-
a beautiful house and garden converted into a hotel, with two internal courtyards, surrounded by rooms on three floors and a rooftop terrace -- many lovely decorative touches
