Modern clean, great restaurant downstairs , Extremely noisy outside because of proximity to bars and cathedral right across the street and downstairs

Excellent ! Central to everything bars Restaurants attractions , friendly staff at reception and cleaning team We used the roof top bar , when we asked to be seated there was a residents area , when we asked to be seated in a certain place we were told we wasn’t allowed there as it was already booked so we were put somewhere else , then a young group turned up 1 male three females who I didn’t believe were residents more like friends of the young lady working there ! Our only gripe of the trip

Friendly staff all around, location is perfect

The staff were pleasant, the rooms were clean, the location was top. The hotel is definitely far less nice than the photos and so are the amenities, expected more of a high end experience.

NOTHING Our stay at EME Sevilla was unfortunately very disappointing and far below expectations for a hotel positioned as luxury. The biggest issue was the staff attitude, especially at reception. In luxury hospitality, attitude and tone make all the difference. Simply saying “No, we don’t” or giving cold responses is not acceptable. A professional luxury approach should always be along the lines of “I’m sorry, unfortunately we are unable to assist with that request.” Throughout our stay, the reception team appeared unwelcoming, uninterested, and rarely smiled. In addition, the room itself did not meet expectations. The cleanliness standards were poor, amenities were incomplete, and the room was surprisingly noisy. The photos shown online are also quite misleading compared to the actual condition and atmosphere of the property. Overall, this hotel is absolutely not good value for money. Based on our experience, I would not choose to stay here again.

Location and one of the staff ladies that try her best to help resolve our situation The hotel is well located However for the price we laid its way under the quality we are use to. We slept extremely badly Mattress is poor quality The bathroom and toilet smelled humidity The windows are not soundproof it’s like sleeping outside The noise was so strong we could not sleep all night We booked a suite that was showcased on booking is higher suite with a view and we got a suite at the first floor on the street The elevator smelled very bad Same for the spa area We were shocked about the noise made by the staff as early as 5am in the morning. This was a horrible experience for my entire family We know Mercer hotels and we were not expecting this bad quality and this poor experience We will ask for a full refund both booking and the hotel chain.

Central location Can be a bit noisy

easy to visit the city we were in room 101 and there was a lot of noise early in the morning by workers who emptied glass containers, took like an hour, and road works... Also breakfast was mediocre, we did it only once. We stayed 5 nights in total

Location is ideal if you come to visit Seville's monuments; The staff is very friendly and helpful; The breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but everything has excellent quality and presentation. Getting around inside the hotel is difficult and the spaces are cramped, but we couldn’t expect anything else from the adaptation of old houses in the historic center

The location was fantastic - five minutes walk to the major attractions and surrounded by pedestrian streets with great choices for food and drink. The room was super comfortable with a bonus bath in the bedroom. The steam room and plunge pool in the ground floor were free of charge as guests, which we didn't realise. The staff were super friendly, very helpful and very knowledgable. The rooftop bar was super as a location but it was too pricey to be justified. 16 Euro for a vodka and tonic is just a tad too expensive. It was lovely for one drink though if that's your thing. It's just a minor quibble really.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and charming. Breakfast was wonderful. Upon booking we tried to make an appointment at the spa for a couples massage. The link did not work so we emailed. We did not hear anything back for a week and by the time we did, we were already flying there. At first all services were available but by the time landed, none were available. Very disappointed as we picked this hotel for this specific service.

Perfectly located to dinning, shopping and the Alcazar and Cathedral. Rooms were beautiful and cool in the blazing heat. A sound machine or something to drown out the street and bells would be helpful to guests. Pillows were way too soft, suggest a few options in a room.

Champagne, water, croissants in the morning at the reception area every day . I would love to come back ?

The staff was professional, helpful and friendly. The location is superb. Had a suite on floor 1. The noises at all times of the night were unbearable. Could not rest. Trash being picked up at 2 am. Rooms were just ok . Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. Interior needs modernization. No room heat or AC working. Asked to have my car pulled up in the morning i was leaving for 6PM (with 8 hours notice) car didnt come until 730pm. There was zero hot water in the room i asked to be moved to due to unbearable noise in my first room.
