The place is very clean and the staff is supernice. They are very attentive. My partner was a bit drunk and messed up the towel and the staff handled it very nicely which i really appreciate. I wish there were a microwave or a small fridge. One of the two. But overall my experience with the facility was very nice. The soundproof wasnt good though i can here when ever people come in and out of the place

- Staff friendly and helpful when around but from what I could see they were not around and reception is not open as much as they advertise (9am to 4pm) - Lovely comfortable, clean room. Lovely decor (pretty wallpaper) in room and bathroom (nice tiles for example). Shower needed a bit of proper cleaning around the bottom edge (the metal part where glass shower wall meets the tiles). A bit gungy looking but otherwise very clean and lovely to use. Duvets provided if you need them or you opt not to use aircon. I opted not to have my room cleaned and towels laundered for environmental reasons. So it was only on check out day they would have cleaned it. Therefore, I cannot comment on that but given how clean the rest of the room and hostal was, I am sure they would have cleaned it well every day. Location of hostal is very good. Codes for access to building and room not a great idea. I thought my room and luggage had been accessed. The staff should have been around more: 9am to 4pm is unrealistic (what happens with troublesome guests at night?) and they are not even there all that time. Staff were friendly and helpful when they were around (2 out of 3 of the main staff I mean, one was surly) but the reception desk was not staffed as much as they make out (9 to 4? I don't think so!). The cleaners were around more than the guys in charge, but it is not their job to deal with queries. You do get a number to ring for queries or issues. Maybe I should have rang. By the time i checked out I did not feel like complaining to the staff member (who was helpful about other things) I did meet as I wanted to get moving. I only ever ran into one, female, guest as they were going out and I was coming back. Strange in any sort of accommodation. Everyone was around at night obviously as there were noisy guests banging the front door and other doors all night and making other noise. I know we all had to make sure we close the two main doors properly on entering and exiting, as the notices request but all the slamming was unnecessary. This is more a reflection on the guests who should respect other guests (it says this in the policy as well) than on the hostal, but if staff had been there, they could have asked them on the spot to be quiet. I'm not complaining about other people being out and coming back late but it is inconsiderate to guests hoping to rest to make so much noise. It was noisier than being in a hostel with multi-bed dormitories.

Great location. No elevators.

The property was central with easy access to all. The area outside the alley was a little dingy; however, once you were by the street, the area was clean and safe. Also, the room was tini tiny.

Free water cooler

Very small but great for the price. Staff is friendly and informative.

Clean and nice All was just nice
-
It is too small, iron shared, no table and chair for extra work, no frige, no body soap.
-
Location, clean and modern room. No window to the outside. The window was opening directly to the lobby so it feels like you don’t have privacy.
-
Very nice location and good value for the money. The matress was very bad.

One word: terrible. The bathroom is full of mold and smells awful, just like in the photos. The only window in the room opens into the interior of the hotel, which makes it impossible to ventilate the room. The whole room smells disgusting. The pillows and blankets smell terrible as well – it’s really an unhealthy environment. I honestly can’t understand how Booking allows such a room to be listed. We are not staying here for free. The showerhead is rusty, and everything is in a terrible condition. I won’t write more. Rooms like this should not be offered to guests through Booking.

Cleanliness, comfy beds, friendly stuff, cant complain from the location since i knew it beforehand When the doors shut they made noise, since i had a room in the ground floor it disturbed my sleeping quality.

Great look and feel Interior noise on ground floor, ear plugs needed for rooms 1-3

No refrigerator or coffee machine. Just a place to stay
