Lovely and clean, helpful staff on reception and restaurant, cleaner always had a smile. Lovely clean pool and terrace. Would have liked a bar open for pool drinks.

The hotel was overall very clean and modern. The rooms were amazing, loved the decor, furniture and bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Midday checkout was brilliant and we were able to pay a little extra for 2pm checkout! Nothing, disappointed we didn't have time to use the pool but otherwise everything was great.

lovely hotel, really friendly and helpful staff, big comfy bed and rooms, smart looking, having the pool to dip into in the afternoon was fab. in the summer a smidge too far away to walk to the centre. It's only 10 mins but it feels longer when it's hot. I would stay here again when it's cooler though.

Location was good. Room had plenty of seating and tables to place items on; Bathroom and amenities in there were good. The bed was solid and we slept well. Fridge was small and didn't work well. It was running warm. however, storage was okay. For long-stay guests, more storage would be recommended. Staff was indifferent. We asked for breakfast options (other than the restaurant, and we had none for early morning (before 8 am on a Saturday); we asked if there were coffee options other than the restaurant and none were offered; however, there was a coffee machine behind the reception desk behind the water station.

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is in a great location with easy access to public transport and the main attractions without being noisy The restaurant seemed to have closed before the reported time shown at the hotel but this wasn’t a huge issue as there are a lot of alternative places to eat at locally

Cleanliness, location close enough to centre but not too near, good access to railway station. Bed comfortable, pillows ok. Didn’t like the ‘rush/need to reserve sun beds around the pool by a majority of the guests. Felt the bar/lounge area was a bit ‘soul less’, should be the heart of the hotel, bit of a ‘token gesture’ bar.
