The apartment is beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The maintenance and support staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood is peaceful, charming, and very pleasant to explore. For me, Seville was one of the most beautiful cities I visited in Spain, and staying in this apartment made the experience even more special. From me, this property earns a well-deserved ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. “I genuinely cannot think of anything that could have been improved. Everything was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location was very convenient. Instructions were clearly provided, and staff response time on the first night was punctual. There is mold in the first floor bedroom, on the walls next to the window. There are signs of water damage around the air vent and possibly mold as well in the same first floor bedroom. The entire apartment felt humid and smelled heavily of cigarette smoke upon arrival. WiFi did not extend to that first floor bedroom. Every single bed’s bedsheets were dirty, but the staff was able to change them out the first night.

Great location close to the bull ring, river, and very simple walking distance to everything. We enjoyed walking across into Triana many nights and meandering around the Cathedral area during the days. Very spacious! Lower / main level bedroom has two twin beds with a full bathroom. This main level also had a great washer that we used and two couches that were slept on. Upstairs has a small bedroom with two twin beds, a small bathroom, as well as a large bedroom with king(?) bed and full bathroom. You’ll need to climb well with steps to get up there. Very open and beautiful layout! We loved the dining room table could fit all 7 of us to play cards. And the double couches were great for chatting too. Quick responses from the homeowner and simple access! The 3rd bathroom upstairs is quite narrow. It was perfect for our kids, but would not accommodate any plus size adults.

Walls looked awful(see pics), old furniture in the living room, strong odor in one of the bathrooms and some kind of insects. Otherwise, clean beds, bathroom, nice modern kitchen, poor light. First floor- convinient and location was great.

Excellent location

This was a very comfortable well located apartment in Seville. A short walk to all the major sights. From our window we enjoyed seeing people singing in the streets and a parade of horses. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The living room furniture was a little worn. Not a problem for me.

It was perfect for our family of five: Excellent downtown location, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, minisplits in each room, full kitchen + utensils, and a working washing machine! Definitely the best stay from our whole trip! The entire check in process is online, so we didn’t get to see the people in charge to ask their advice about where to eat and stuff like that. That’s the only thing but it’s obviously very minor.

Proximity to shops and restaurants and all of the historic sites. The staff was 100% responsive to all of our requests. The bathroom had a leakage coming down from the walls.

The location was great, and the twin beds were comfortable. One of the bedrooms was very small, but wasn't much of an issue. The kitchen was nice. The lockbox code I was provided did not open the box. Fortunately the cleaning staff was on site and provided the key once our payment was processed. Beware. My credit card flagged the account processing the apartment charges due to fraudulent activity in the past, and would not authorize payment. I had to use a different payment method before receiving the keys, since payment is made on the premises. The main shower located off the main bedroom had virtually no bottom door seal and there was no curb to contain the water. Therefore, the water flowed freely across the bathroom floor making it very slippery and dangerous. The sofa bed is a futon, not suitable for 2 adults. When my wife got out of bed, it tipped over with me in it on 2 occasions.
