The receptionist Lupa was a perfect guide for us. Special thanks to her. The location was perfect and the breakfast is full of different variety - always fresh and never finishes. They serve some patisseries in the lobby and water all day for hotel guests which we appreciate. The hotel room was clean and specious enough. I saw some bugs in the lobby and my husband killed them. It is probably not the hotels fault. I guess the weather was too hot and the appear that’s because.

The location is excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious options. A very pleasant stay overall! The shower temperature was not stable and kept fluctuating throughout the shower, going from very cold to almost unbearably hot. The shower holder was also broken. We stayed in a top-floor room with a small outdoor area, but it was located near the elevator, and every time the elevator was used, we could hear loud clicking noises, which was somewhat disturbing during the night.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the beautiful Triana neighborhood and the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the balcony offered a lovely view of the street, which added to the charm of our stay. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
