The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was great! It's not the most updated or appealing hotel, but for the price it is good.

Our room on the first floor was very nice. Spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect. Within walking distacne of all major sites. The reception area/courtyard of the hotel is beautiful. We also booked 2 rooms on the ground floor. Those rooms had a strange chemical smell. And both of the rooms had very large roaches in them. (Perhaps the chemical smell was bug spray?)

Hotel closes the terrace in the evening which is disappointing. Was confused about whether there was free tea or coffee given they were trying to sell a lot of stuff near reception - so didn't bother.

Very clean and beautiful hotel in a great location. I had some really heavy luggage, so the walk from the bus station was a little rough, but it was so close it wasn't so bad. The elevator was very nice. The bed was super comfortable, the pillows weren't as comfy but they were fine. Great walking distance to stores, shopping, the setas, restaurants, etc. Jose at the front desk was super nice and helpful. There was a smell in the bathroom that was pretty strong after showering or using the water. I just left the window open a little and shut the bathroom door and it was fine.

Lovely outdoor terrace and despite it being a bit older it is a pretty lobby and building. Location is great, too. The room smelt horrible. I asked to change rooms and was given a “big poof” of something scented instead. As I was on a longer trip with mutliple cities I expressed concern that my clothes would smell as the room did. They didn’t care. My clothes smelt Terri me after leaving and I had to do laundry at the next location (of clean clothes) to try and rid the smell.
