Great location, comfy beds. Very good air conditioning. Has a weird smell think is coming from the pipes. And shower water sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. No bins in the toilets.

The bed and the pillows are sooo comfy. AC works very good. Calm by day and at night. Spacious. Good looking bedroom. Location. Highly recommend.

The location of the apartment was ideal.

This location is great for so many parts of Sevilla. We just parked our car and walked everywhere during our stay. The terrace was nice and the hot tub so relaxing after a day walking around Sevilla. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was fine for the minimal amount cooking we did. There’s a great supermarket across the street at El Corte Ingles. Lots of attractions and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around in. We were thankful to have a working elevator, too. The host met us and helped us find the parking space and got us settled in. The toilet ran the whole time we were there, despite telling the host this was occurring.(You’d flush, but the water kept running and filling up.) It was like having a water feature in the house. Also, the doors on the bathroom and bedroom need the hinges oiled as they squeak loudly, waking your partner up if you have to get up during the night. It would have been nice to have some instructions, like a manual, about using the hot tub as it was hard to figure out the different buttons to use it.

Perfect location and very clean

The bathroom was great and the location was great, but we were a bit disappointed. The apartment did not look anything like the pictures. It was not clean the walls were damaged and it was extremely small.

The primary photo was of the rooftop terrace, which was only available to the renters of one particular apartment. This should have been made clearer on the Booking.com website. I was expecting to have access in order to watch the Semana Santa processions, which was not possible. The toilet seat was broken and an outlet cover needs to be attached to the wall.

All in all, solid accommodation. Especially the central location is great! The host is very helpful and responds immediately. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped and the flat itself a bit renovated. Based on the pictures you might expect a bit better quality.

The apartment is in an excellent location, ideal for exploring the city. It meets all standards in terms of cleanliness and is well equipped. The apartment is ideal for two adults, but the three of us encountered the problem of only one closet, which was too small and on the gallery.

Location is good All the rest - Super noisy, as there is a bar just under the window! - If you need anything, don’t even hope that host will reply to your messages, asked for a duvet, was completely ignored during the whole stay. - No shampoo, neither shower gel! - Wifi is very poor - It was not very clean - These is no real bedroom, but a sleeping area separated by the walls not even up to the ceiling - No bin in the bathroom - Bad smell in the living room - No hooks at the entrance, so you need to bring all your cloths to the kitchen..

The balcony with rhe jakuzzi is a winner touch

Good location. Good contact with the staff. Well equipped, comfortable, safe & clean. There are plenty of attractions around within walking distance. I definitely recommend it. It made no sense to buy the option with parking. Not only was it difficult to get there, but I arrived after 8 p.m. and was told to leave the parking lot by 12 p.m. at the latest. As a result, I paid more for about 11 hours of parking (I checked out and left before 8:00) than for a full day at a public parking lot nearby. I suggest buying the option without parking !

I liked that it was close to everything Nothing

We are a family of four with a 2 year old, it was our first time in Seville and we didn’t know how to get to the center let alone find the parking. However the host was very responsive he guided us all the way until we arrive in the place. I love that it’s in the middle of center and within walking distance to everything. The apartment is very spacious and it has everything in it, it has 4 different apartment but we stayed in the top floor with the rooftop terrace, it is soundproof so you can barely hear anything from the outside even the fireworks on New Year’s Eve. I 100% recommend this place. We will be back ☺️. Nothing

The location is very good, the size of apartment is perfect. 1.- There is no shelf in the bathroom, many light is not function in the bathroom. 2.- No seasonings at all, not even salt & pepper 3.- The bedroom door sealing is not good, too noisy. 4.- Definitely need to contact the owner for the rooftop apartment if that is attracted you.
