Friendly, professional & helpful staff each day. Good location. The photos of the room on Booking should be updated. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The bathroom would benefit from some refurbishment and possibly pipe cleaning, as there was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the toilet area.

The room was perfect and exactly what we expected. The large balcony was great to have. The location is perfect and walking distance to many places. Having El Rincocillo down the street was a big plus. There's no shortage of places to eat and drink around.

Lovely old building but very well kept A bit far from main attractions, 20 min walk can be hard in the heat of summer

Great location. 20 minutes walk from Alcázar and so less busy but still great choice of bars and restaurants. Close to Las Setas and Palacio de las Duenas. Not worth paying the extra for a room with balcony. Very helpful staff. Not too big so excellent attention. The reception staff made excellent recommendations for places to eat.

Perfect location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Suited us as we were taking in the city and the hotel was within walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. Great value for money.
