Central, quiet location. We had room 5 which had an interior patio. Communication initially seemed good. We were asked when we would arrive through the Booking app, to which we responded. We were then asked the same thing by WhatsApp. For that response we received a thumbs up. Since we were asked to notify them when 2 hours out, we did, and received another WhatsApp number to contact, a housekeeper. We were met by the very friendly housekeeper who told us that the air conditioning did not work but it would be fixed that day or the next. We were provided a fan instead. The AC was not fixed during our stay. I wrote on the Booking app asking when the AC would be fixed (used the Booking app to have the commication documented). The next day the question was not answered but I did receive a message asking how our stay is and if they could help with anything. Clearly, no one read our complaint about the AC and likely did not read our first message since we were asked twice.

This is not a hotel. There is nobody there. I had to wait outside a locked door when I arrived. Only with the help of the kind people in the nice hotel close by could we get in touch with someone and a lady arrived and opened the door. I never did see her again. Nobody cleans the room. Rather irresponsible the whole thing. Nothing wrong with the room and the location is very good. But .. a real hotel has a lobby .. you can ask questions .. get help. Important I think. I can not recommend this kind of set-ups.

The location was good. Their customer service is almost non existent. I expected being contacted via Booking App and not texting with some go to hosts the day I landed. Also, it was very loud outside on the street and we got a room in the ground floor, so leaving the window open during the night felt unsecure plus it was very loud. Also, the smell od the room was not so pleasant. I think they have some problem with the humidity. On top of that, we lost electricity and also had to wait 15-20min every night for the water to be warmed. So, for a short stay, this accomodation is bearable, as it was clean, but I still don’t recommend it.

Great location and good value for money. Nice courtyard in the middle with the rooms around it. I was able to check in early which was very convenient.

location I I wait one hour near the close door till Spanish man, who I ask for help, gelp me to translate what the owner try to explain, where are the keys? i In which box? where are the kod!? I though to go and find another hotel. he don't thought to come answer help me!

Comfortable and clean, excellent for a short period (2-4) days. Location is very good, silent and on a walking distance from main attractions and city centre. Nothing to dislike.

Good and quiet location and within walking distance to the old town. Like that, it's off the main buzz so you can sleep at night. Good size room For the 2023/24 room, there are only 2 bedside sockets, which isn't enough. Also, the kettle is placed on the wrong side. Even though the room is big, it's not comfortable. Luckily, I brought an adaptor for charging all my devices, but that meant I couldn't use the side lamp and had to keep the main light on. The exit button for the gated door is hard to find because it's on the light switch panel. It would also be nice to have a heater for the winter because the room gets cold. I would not stay here again.

Mooie locatie There is no WiFI! And if you try to contact the person responsible for the accommodation, you are completely ignored. Very bad communication.
