Centrally located. Amazing staff - very helpful and kind. There a level of devotion and appreciation to the legacy of this hotel among the staff, which is something great. The beauty and history of this hotel is something very special. Rooms are also quite fabulous, not to mention we also got upgraded on arrival which was a great start. They also have great facilities in the rooms (including GHD straighteners, which i was so happy about). Breakfast is 10/10 Nothing was bad. All went well

location , refinement and fantastic staff the pool is not really.. just a little reservoir and the terrace where this is located had not enough shadows to cover .. which in plane summer time in seville is much needed

Impeccable Historic building protected by the city of Sevilla to maintain its history and integrity. Service is beyond my expectations. Everything was perfect from the food to the room.

Staff were universally excellent and helpful. Great location within walking distance of major attractions and great places to eat Pool is more like a wading pool. No umbrellas for sun shade although there were a number of sunbeds with sheer cotton curtains

Beautiful large rooms, with very high ceilings Public areas were hot, with no fans, and inadequate aircon. Kettle and safe were unpossible to work. Shower was dangerous - no ikons on the water knobs.

Great location, stunning building & views across the city. Room was beautiful, staff really helpful & the massage I had was one of the best Ive had in a very long time. All in all, wouldnt hesitate to come back here if we go back to Seville Only 'complaint' is that the windows on the room open directly onto the path around the balcony and so we didnt feel like we could open the curtains very much which made for a dark room
