Hotel América Sevilla

The location is excellent, with many attractions within walking distance. There is also a shopping mall parking garage nearby, which is very convenient if you are traveling by car. About one hour after making my reservation through Booking using the pay at the property option for my family, I received a message asking me to cancel my booking. When I refused, I was told that I had 48 hours to make a payment or my reservation would be cancelled. Even though I booked through Booking, the hotel asked me to provide my email address and complete the payment through an external payment link instead of using the verified payment details already associated with my reservation. I found this process insecure and very stressful. Before making the payment, I contacted Booking customer service, but they were unable to reach the hotel by phone despite several attempts. Eventually, I had no alternative but to complete the payment through the external payment link. There was also an unpleasant smell in both the bathroom and the hallway outside the room. In addition, despite staying on the fifth floor, noise from people on the street was clearly audible at night. Overall, the entire payment process created unnecessary stress before our family holiday and left a negative impression.

Air condition was really bad. We had a hard time especially at night. They couldn’t fix it.

Room was clean, staff was very nice and breakfast was really good Staff didnt know anything around the location.

Staff and cleanness Just have one problem with toilet flush. I got stuck twice on room 606

Ac is not good

The fee we paid was way higher than what we saw in our stay period. In our first day, We noticed in booking.com that Hotel reduced the prices significantly so that we had to pay much more comparing to current prices. We were asked by the receptionist to send an email to hotel manager for this to ask a favor. However, we have never received a response. When we reminded them, receptionists repeatedly gave the flights fee examples instead of explaining why their manager has not replied back to us which was a bit annoying. We were really unpleasent with this attitude.

Terrible! They had a festival and the police had the entrance blocked! Was never allowed to go in!

Everything was really good, the staff even laughed at one of my jokes? I would recommend it for sure.

Location is perfect, close to everything. Staff member was very friendly. We were assigned to a room that smell like sewer, we requested to change the room. Also sometimes the lobby smell same as the room.

Comfy bed, great rooms and walking distance to everything! Cannot wait to return. The staff are so lovely as well.

There was a strong sewage smell in the room that would not go away even with windows open. We informed the reception and the lady told us she would inform the appropriate staff but did not look surprised. Apparently this is a recurring issue

Location is really Good. quiet and clean. In walking distance to almost everything. nothing :)
