Rooms Decoration Terraze Staff helpful Not enough space for lounges. No fridges for common use or kitchen

Staff were very nice and friendly, great location, everything is walking distance. The air conditioning didn’t seem to work that much.

The hotel is in a central location in the historical center of Seville near several restaurants and bars and within 15 mins of several cultural attractions. The staff were very helpful and provided recommendations and maps of Seville when asked. There was ongoing construction outside the hotel and it was difficult to get dropped off by a ride share or taxi. As a result of the construction, it was a bit noisy. The room was very small and there was not even a chair or desk in the room. The shower sprayed water all over the floor and the bathtub was high making it difficult to enter without grabbing onto a railing in the tub.There was no option to get breakfast or even coffee in the hotel. The rooms were very basic but clean and did not have a mini fridge.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The interior space is gorgeous. My room was a very good amount of space for one person. The location was wonderful. An easy 15 -20 minute walk to the Cathedral or Plaza España. Lots of restaurants and bars within an easy distance. My favorite was the rooftop area. It was a very pleasant place to have a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night.

FantastIcally helpful and friendly staff. Really exceptional. Great location. Fabulous restaurant and bar right next door. Ideal for exploring old city Bed in single room was rather narrow and uncomfortable

The train station is 20 to 25 minutes walk from the hotel. The bed was comfortable. And the room was clean. Noises were coming from the hallway but thankfully it was not very frequent. The bathroom was making a smell.

The location was good. The room was very small and there were no outside windows. There was only a small window above in the bathroom, which shows on the wall of the building. There was the window in the room, which shows in the corridor:((

20 minute easy walk from the train station. Clean. Allowed us to leave bags as we arrived before the room was ready. Had a kettle and mugs. Bed was comfortable. Lovely old building. Roof terrace was pleasant. Often 20 mins to cathedral area (except in Holy week when it took a lot longer!) We had a room with an internal window into a ventilation shaft. Very hot and no air con (April) no fridge. Bathroom was on the small side due to positioning of the bath and door. Only one bedside light.

Location Very rude staff and disinterested regarding guests questions. Poor ventilation ...air stale.
