Hotel Europa
About Hotel Europa
Close to Seville’s famous Cathedral, this quaint and typically ‘Sevillian’ hotel dates back to the 18th century and retains many original features such as the charming interior courtyard and an interior design with a mixture of Moorish arches and typical Andalusian tiles. An endearing hotel ideal to use as a base while getting to know the romantic city of Seville, within walking distance to many of its popular attractions and the picturesque district of Santa Cruz that offers great tapas bars down its narrow cobbled streets.

Location was excellent. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was a bit tired looking.

3rd visit, excelent location, comfortable rooms, great value. Bathroom was small but this is an older bulding, so.... Excellent staff. Parking available pretty close to hotel and reasonably priced. Highly recommended Small bathroom/shower.

Excellent, friendly staff. Easy check-in and kept our luggage when we arrived early, so we could explore Sevilla before the check-in time. Bedroom was comfortable and decor was very sweet. Fabulous and safe location, right in the centre but not noisy at all. The window is to an internal 'tunnel' / patio and therefore there's not a lot of fresh air. Fine in May but perhaps stifling in the summer. Although the aircon worked perfectly well.

Location, bed comfort, parking nearby Ground floor rooms lack some privacy from lobby and outside street. There are curtains only in the room. The bathroom has a privacy screen but not curtains.

Nice 24hr staff, great location right near cathedral and palace. Good handles in bathroom. Taxi access not reliable due to narrow streets so go to nearby taxi rank. Historic hotel so charm comes with rust stains behind wash basin.

Location Friendly helpful staff The walls were paper thin. Hearing chatting in next room and water flowing from upstairs

The location is excellent. Staff are helpful and courteous. Level of cleanliness is good. Small annoying things that can be sorted at little or no cost. 1. Towel rail fell off first time it was used. Only stuck with glue. Fixed after 2 days. 2. Toilet seat chipped on top with at least four black ugly scars. Reported - not changed. 3. No non-slip mat in bath, no hand rail, nothing to hold on to if one slips. 4. Large patches of a different shade touch-up paint on walls.

Location to all main sights. So walkable to all the places we wanted to visit so could easily pop back to hotel to drop off shopping, freshen up between sight seeing trips. Supermarket less than 1 min away. Hotel facilities in need of upkeep. Broken tiles, wonky creaky wooden bed frames, dip in mattress.

Check in staff were wonderful. Order off menu breakfast included. Can’t beat the location next to the bridge. Recommend walking opposite of the bridge for sunset views from the park and then further for a quiet (though large) cafe that tourists tend to miss. Recommend staying two nights as Ronda is overrun with day tripping tourists, much more pleasant after 1700. Definitely park first in their garage and then walk to hotel assuming you don’t have huge luggage… or plan ahead and bring only small bag for your stay. The last pic is the hotel terrace and cafe Had the eggs Benedict twice and both times a little overcooked. I don’t think you should have to cut your yolk.

Everything about the hotel was great. Nice room. Little balcony. Nearby parking provided as an option by the hotel. Great location with many restaurants, shops, and attractions within a few minutes walk. Nice breakfast provided with our rate. Just really nice. Only one thing. We had great difficulty navigating to the hotel through the narrow streets and alleys. Once we finally made it we were told that traffic patterns had changed just a few days earlier. Wish we would have known that before we arrived.
