The location is unbeatable, beautiful hotel, very quirky, great breakfast, all the staff are happy, especially Jessica in the breakfast room. Reception staff helpful too. Air-conditioning could have been more powerful in the bedroom

The location is perfect. It's near everything. My room quality. I chose a different one and I got a different one. Also, it was my birthday, and the room didn't change, nor did I receive any compliments from the hotel. Normally, as I know, hotels can see a client's birthday and should offer some complimentary service.

Especially the staff is welcoming and polite. The property was so clean it was very important for me. There was an area, like a cafe on the terrace. I don’t know if it’s because no one went, but it wasn’t used. I would like to have a drink and sit there. Still, no one will say anything to you take something and go upstairs. There are tables and chairs.

Esther, the staff member that helped me, was amazing. I had no plans when I arrived in Seville. She recommended places to eat, locations to see, and made it the most amazing part of my trip. Location was fantastic and staff were lvely. Breakfast was also very good. My room overlooked a laneway which was incredibly noisy until midnight and the window was directly opposite the window of an office about six feet across the laneway so had zero privacy.

A beautiful hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk from all the main attractions. The property is impeccably maintained, and the photos are an accurate reflection of what you'll find. What the photos can't capture, however, is the exceptional staff. Everyone—from the reception team to the breakfast staff—was incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Congratulations to the entire team!

Good value and friendly staff. Location was great. Rooms were fine, although simple, small and a bit old. My parents had to switch rooms due to bad smell probably coming from the bathroom. But otherwise it was an okay stay.
