Excellent hotel, great location, very helpful staff, parking was perfect for our needs, pool was quite comfortable and access was easy! Also Laundromat was very close (under 500m) if you need it. N/A

Air conditioning is centrally controlled and you can only put it on or off. Therefore it was either to hot (without AC) or to cold (with AC) to sleep. I would recommend that guests can choose their own temperature or that the central temperature gets adjusted (it was at 20 degrees, maybe 23 would be better). Apart from that, excellent hotel!

Nuria at reception was fabulous! So helpful and full of great recommendations! Esther and Laura were also super friendly and accommodating. We had the room with the terrace and jacuzzi and loved every minute! Thank you for an incredibly fun and relaxing stay! Refills in the refrigerator of the complimentary items. That was the only thing lacking. We loved our stay!
