Very clean Stairs

Great location and exceptional communication. The staff went beyond their means to help with an internet trouble shooting issue and any other questions or requests we had. The room is small but it has everything you need :). We love our stay!

Great room, perfect location, clean, comfortable, very responsive staff Everything was great

Location - Extremely narrow and tight bathroom. One can only sit on the toilet sideways for those who are at least 1.7m tall - Poor air circulation - Low quality finishing - No receptionists

I stayed at this hostel for one night in Seville, and unfortunately my experience was quite disappointing. On the positive side, the location is very good — it’s close to the old town, which makes it convenient for exploring the city. The mattress was also comfortable, which helped a bit. However, the room itself was in poor condition. The bathroom had visible black mold, especially in the shower, where it was quite extensive. There was also a yellow, slimy buildup on the shower floor, which was very unpleasant. The room had a slightly bad smell when we arrived, and we had to leave the window open for a while to make it tolerable. Cleanliness overall was lacking. The floor looked quite dirty, and the bed sheets didn’t appear properly clean. The towels also had a strange smell. Another major issue was the noise. The room had almost no sound insulation — we could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring room, as well as noise from the street, making it feel like we were sleeping with the window open.

Location and host No elevator

Very nice location, it’s a bit noisy but when u choose central old town, it’s normal. It’s better if they won’t have sensor light on toilet, it’s uncomfortable at night
-
Very nice place , room size was good for 3, it was spacious and the communication was very easy through whatsapp . They even help us to find a credible taxi driver to take us to the airport We were in the 3rd flood and the stairs where not comfortable to carry the bags up all the way

Very small

Our room had a glass door to the bathroom that swings both in and out. Toilet is VERY close to the door and smacks when you accidentally swing the door in. Very dangerous and can cause the glass to break. They should put some sort of stopper or change the hinge so it doesn’t open in or at least put a sign on the door to be very careful.

The location is excellent, right in the centre of Seville and within easy walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. It was very convenient for getting around the city and meeting friends nearby. The bed was comfortable. The room was very small and it was difficult to even open a suitcase fully. The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi connection was quite weak. Rooms are only cleaned if you specifically request it. My room also faced a busy street and the windows let in a lot of noise from people outside at night.

Little tight in bathroom

Perfect location, simply unbeatable! Silent at night, no road noise from our room. Easy self check-in. There was a horrible sewer stench permeating the whole room.

Great location for the night!
-
The room smelled terribly of sewage, and the staff member reminded me of the check-out time multiple times, as if they were putting psychological pressure on me to stay longer.
-
we could here people inside the room, thankfully they were able to change our rooms
-
The wall is a bit thin and we can hear door opening and closing.
-
Extremely small room and toilette and you can hear neighbors outside.
-
Too noisy at nights, and the bathroom was too small
