Location, having stayed here before with a great experience. Extremely disappointed- we stayed here before a few years ago and returned again as part of our last night in Seville. No one informed us, either at booking stage, not at check in that the pool was closed for service. If we knew this we would have definitely booked elsewhere as it was almost 40 degrees in Seville. Feels totally let down by the staff only disclosing this as we were heading up to the pool after a day’s walking around by which time it was too late. Our number 1 criteria to stay a last night in Seville was to ensure we had a hotel with pool. If there was an issue, we should have been informed so we can make an informed decision to stay or not. No discount was offered either. Totally totally disappointing, especially as returning guests and having recommended this hotel to friends and family in past too.

Beautiful Spanish hotel! Loved to journey to the bedroom through… rooftop pool was great as were the cocktails! Nothing!

This is my favourite hotel in the world. It is unbelievably beautiful, full of character, history and with a feel of opulence. The unique and well maintained courtyards, nook and crannies, all populated with a wide variety of plants are a delight. I would say that the breakfast could do with a little improvement - there's nothing particularly wrong with it, it could just do with a little more variety. The coffee machines are a bit temperamental.

This is a very unique hotel. It is located in the heart of the old city and very centrally located. Our room was very comfortable and we were in the back of the hotel. This hotel is a sprawling group of connected buildings and is designed and decorated in a very unique style.

Magic decoration and facility Nothing

The building is amazing. You feel like you're travelling into a new architectural or historical vibe around every corner. The location is perfect for all major tourist attractions, with everything within walking distance, and the rooms are fitted with AC for the hotter months. Facilities like the piano bar upstairs from reception and the pool only added to what is already a great hotel. We got engaged on this trip, and Hotel las Casas was the perfect place to soak up the beauty of the city.

Unique, historic and atmospheric hotel. Very interesting place to stay. We had a budget room which was big enough. Bathroom with bath and shower. Friendly helpful staff. Very good air conditioning and you do need this. Comfortable bed. Great value for money. The location is perfect for the historic centre. The rooftop pool needs updating. However, it was good to be able to get some respite from the sun in the afternoon when it was very hot. We enjoyed the cocktails but the bar menu was very basic. The food was fresh though.

Great location, very friendly staff, beautiful rooms and entourage.

I did like the shower alot. Similar to my own house, plenty of water pressure from the shower head. And the hotel is quirky in a very good way.
