Wifi didn’t work and there was a huge cockroach in the shower

Guaranteed AC, and while they did have AC, it was usually off or at a high setting. While asking staff to turn on AC worked, it usually reverted back to a hot room/lobby after a while. Only complaint though :)

The room wasn’t very clean

Perfect location, you are close to all main city attractions. Communication with the staff was smooth. I would recommend this place

Sweet Seville was very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly and the location can't be beat. Easy walk to all the sites while on a quiet street, so you can also have a good night's sleep. I would definitely recommend Sweet Seville. Nothing. All was good.

Clean. Friendly staff. Inviting and safe atmosphere! Locker locks/doors were hard to use. Room was set up to be a bit cramped. Showers were messy/water everywhere. Not a lot of space for privacy (phone calls, etc. without being loud).

Nice quiet area , kitchen clean and updated , staff very helpful. I liked the locker in the room it’s big enough, shower is nice and had soap. Kitchen always has supply of coffee and tea. Too many stairs no elevator will be difficult if you have big luggage . Room too small for 6 beds no space .

Location within 5-20min walk of most things you'd want to visit. Cleanliness unmatched, top of hostels in my experience. Staff are helpful and communications are on point so that you can manage even without 24/7 reception. And for the price? Yeah no brainer. The shower could use a sort of locker to put your clothes in, even just a chair really will do the trick, but this is more of a suggestion/improvement than actual dislike.

very nice location not on a busy street so it was quiet but still convenient and close to central area of town. clean facilities and friendly staff I was in the four bed female only room and no place to put things in the shower other than on the floor. would have also liked a towel rack and a mirror on wall in bedroom for when someone else was in the bathroom. a basket in the bed area to put things would be nice too

The property is in a nice location. It has a working kitchen. The bathrooms weren’t very clean, the shower head was broken. There were no paper towels or air dryers for your hands, they simply left a towel on the counter that was used by everyone and this did not feel sanitary at all. Same with the foot towel for the shower, it was constantly wet and I’m not sure how often they changed it. I often found left over hair in the shower. The common area also isn’t extremely comfortable, and the hostel didn’t feel very social.
