May be the beds a little too soft

Absolutely everything was perfect! The staff, the room, the comfort, the location. I have no complaints at all!!! All was great

Room could've been a little bit cleaner when I got there, and the staff at the adjacent hotel Welldone Quality (where I was told to go in case I arrived too late to check in at the Welldone Sierpes, since their front desk would be closed) were a bit rude.

Great location very close to the main tourist attractions. Friendly staff. We stayed in the room with king bed. Very good room, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Has elevator and luggage storage facility if needed. Many restaurants are nearby. Cleaning staff is available if needed. Overall good value for money. Front desk staff is not available in evening/night time, so need to reach them by WhatsApp in case any help is needed.

Great location

It was close to everything and the staff was very helpful. There were three of us staying in the hotel. It had a comfortable king-size bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was located in the kitchen against the wall, which made it difficult to get in and out of because there was no space on either side; you had to crawl out from the foot of the bed. While both beds were comfortable, the bedding for the sofa bed was disappointing. The blanket provided was dirty, and the bedsheet had holes in it. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even assisted us in booking a flamenco show when we asked for recommendations. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, despite the good location, comfortable beds, and helpful staff, I would choose to stay elsewhere if I returned.

Location is perfect. Well I will recommend to replace the sheets from the bed and from the pillows.We stay 3 or 4 days and they make the bed with the same sheets.please this is something that the only reason that I say is for you guys to be better.We love the location and the staff is great and I will recommend to our family and friends not doubt about it.

We stayed in a triple room with our adult daughter. This was so perfect because it had a separate door to her space that had a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a small bathroom all for her. Our bathroom was spotless, shower was excellent and it had a separate toilet room which is always appreciated. Bed was comfortable. Hotel is in the main shopping area of the city (have to walk from the street a bit) but it was quiet. Close to Flamenco Seville and many restaurants. They stored our luggage after check out. Nothing

Everything was PERFECT — we were absolutely delighted with our stay at the hotel. The staff were amazing, professional, and exceptionally kind, and I would especially like to mention the receptionist, Kristina, who was very polite and welcoming. The owner was available to us at all times via WhatsApp and replied to messages extremely quickly. The apartment itself was in an excellent location, with all the important attractions and places just a few minutes’ walk away. The hotel was incredibly quiet, which allowed us to sleep very well without hearing any noise at all. Cleanliness was maintained at a very high standard throughout our stay. The apartment exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very well equipped, featuring a large and comfortable bed, a spacious living room with everything we needed, and even two bathrooms.

Excellent location, welcoming, informative and helpful staff. Where to start. The reviews were glowing and we thought how could we go wrong. It would have been better to say “sounds too good to be true” but we’ve generally found the reviews helpful and accurate. Our room was so disappointing. The wallpaper was the same but even for a basic hotel there’s no excuse for the condition of the room. The room was so worn…the walls scuffed with black marks, there was rust in the bathroom all around the base of the shower and on the toilet fastenings, a splintered door frame and a door pull that kept falling out of the sliding bathroom door. The upholstery on the two chairs was badly stained. To be clear the room itself was spotlessly clean, if you didn’t look to closely at the built up grime on the base boards or the unsettling black stuff that along with the rust, was all around the bottom of the shower. We did ask to be moved, the screaming (likely teething) baby in the room above us our first night was a major motivator but they told us they were sold out. Not at all what we expected. What should have been a nice, basic comfortable room….Sigh!

Friendly and helpful front staff, huge apartment, 2 bathrooms, spotless, fast WiFi, great view of Semana Santa.

Perfect location for what we were looking for!

Beautiful space, the area is wonderful, our view from the room was gorgeous. All the amenities in the room were good. Since it was my birthday they had a bottle of champagne.

Rooms and hotel are accessed using a personal code, this is very convenient. We liked everything, but it would be even better if the room had some chairs to be used while eating.

central location small room

The separate kitchen area that closes off was a nice place to put our sons pack and play. It was decently quiet for how busy the street was. The host was kind. The bed was so uncomfortable that I didn't sleep properly either night. The room was so small and cramped compared to what the photos represented. The hotel was very hard to access as there is not a street nearby that cars can drive down so we had to lug our suitcases and baby down the busy street on a Saturday night. There was a terrible smell of sewar gas in our room the entire time. It met the basics for a place to sleep but nothing more.

There were no towels in the room. Luckily I had a towel packed in my baggage for the gym. The coffee maker barely worked.
