This was a great place to stay. Clean, the beds were comfortable, good value for the price. I will be back.

Staff was great. Very helpful.

Smelled horrific towels were dirty just not what was described online.
-
Just ok. Microwave is by office, not in rooms. Hallways not air conditioned.

The full version was that initially I had another room booked at a different hotel (Sonesta) but because of all the events in town they overbooked. Worse even, they waited to call and tell me until the night I needed the room, two hours before I needed it during the concert I was in town for. At that point every hotel in the area either had no capacity or wanted insane money for one night. Valley Inn was the only reasonable hotel with a room open so I wasn't sure what I was going to get. Turns out, this was the place I should have picked from the start. They were super accommodating to change the room when there was an extra person. As stated, the room was very clean, it had all the amenities I would expect or need, and I had a great night of sleep. I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area.

If the sky was falling and this was the only place with a room available, I might consider staying at the Valley Inn. The sheets and towels are in dire need of being replaced (or bleached), and one blanket would have been nice. The hallways smelled very musty and/or smoky. The loud air conditioning unit did serve two purposes: 1. it cooled the room and 2. it drowned out other annoying noises (ice machine, rude guests, and traffic). I would have guessed that I had paid well under &100 for such a poor property...at $170 I did expect clean sheets and towels...and maybe a blanket.

Clean But said breakfast in morning....Nothing-not even a muffin.....no coffee maker in room. Small room. Should fix ad to say no breakfast

Room was exceptionally clean- beds were comfortable, AC was a bit noisy and didn’t shut off at set temperatures, had small insects flying in the room, I don’t know what they were…., it didn’t bother us too much, the price was excellent, friendly staff

Overpriced for what is was. Barely acceptable. More like a very low priced hotel room. Worth about half the price.

The hotel, hotel room and property looked very nice and clean. Friendly and helpful staff except for being terrified of our Emotional Support Dog. Our dog is a very friendly dog and loves people, but the staff was actually perterfied of her and froze in their place! Felt bad for them, but the hotel was pet-friendly. I wanted another entryway, but was told the front lobby door was best for my disabled husband. Free hot breakfast was badly managed and understocked with food. At 7:00 am, there was one muffin in the case and one sitting on the counter as if someone just left it there. There was a waffle maker with syrup and a nice strawberry glaze available. Hot patty sausages, breakfast potatoes, but no eggs! No danish rolls, bagels or sweet pan loaf breads. Only white bread layed out in the case with butter and cream cheese packets next to it. We have been to several hotels that offer free hot breakfast, but this was the worst we have seen.
