The location is perfect. The staff are very attentive and friendly. There’s a noticeable sewage smell in the bathroom and also got in the bedroom. I had to crack open the windows in both rooms to get rid of it.

Comfortable rooms, nice shower, cold AC. Too far from Metro station - like a 15 minute walk. Not pleasant to do in hot humid weather with a suitcase.

Everything was fine in terms of check in, room, etc. We had a bit of a bad experience with a slip in the room because they put us in a wheelchair access room so the floor flooded after showers. But they reacted quickly and moved/upgraded us.

The hotel felt very modern and well-maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed, making the stay really pleasant. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it had a good variety and was a great way to start the day. Overall, everything felt fresh and well taken care of. There wasn’t much to dislike

Wonderful staff and facilities! Very clean rooms, hotel smells great. Loved the free laundry facilities (washed and dryer with detergent included in washer). Breakfast was terrific with soooooo many savory and sweet options. I especially enjoyed the fruits. Free umbrellas to borrow in case of rain. Automatic toilet and blinds. Coffee and tea available at all hours in the lobby. The staff were so attentive, helpful, and friendly. Be mindful that the hotel is in a quiet location and at least .5 miles walk to main attractions/subway stations.

Very friendly staff. Fantastic location close to the Muller House and other attractions, with a Seven-11 right next door for all your groceries. Very comfortable beds and a good buffet breakfast

1. Simple but modern and super clean hotel with lots of modern touches 2. Free laundry for guests which is super convenient 3. Breakfast had a great selection & there's free coffee and tea all day in the lobby area. Unlimited bottled water as well. 4. Helpful and polite staff. 5. Close proximity to Jing An Temple and plenty of food options/ transportation options. 6. Value for money - family suite with sofa bed was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Nothing.

Very nicely layed out. Beautiful fathroom & fixtures. Breakfasts were exceptional. I can't think of anything bad to say here. Very satisfied
