Staff was very friendly and supportive. Rooms are exactly as presented, clean, even if not very spacious. The beds are comfortable, as well as the pillows. The breakfast is mainly Chinese, but very diverse and tasty. Smoking is allowed inside, so you can feel the smell in other rooms. The curtains were not working in one of our rooms.

Easy access to most of the restaurants, convenience stores and even within walking distance to few shopping malls. Good things about the hotel is they do have a very good but compact fitness facility and washing machine for some of the rooms, depends on the room type. The room is too small and not really sound-proof; the hotel restaurant not big enough and their foods not really very good.

The hotel is located close to Hongqiao Airport. The room was clean, and the TV had many channels. The hotel staff were friendly and provided good service right on time. The room felt a bit small. It's not very suitable for a long stay, but it's fine for a short stay. There was only one elevator, and there was often a long queue of people waiting for it.
