The hotel is very nice and well-organized inside, and the room was spacious. The staff were super friendly and helpful — one of the receptionists even offered to walk me to the airport when I asked for directions. It’s also very easy to reach the airport, just a 5-minute walk to Terminal 1.

Comfortable bed The 'Free Minibar' is one beer and a small can of sprite, this is deceptive. One beer between two people is not a free Minibar! Also was told there was no shuttle to airport. T2 is not close

This hotel room was the most equipped I have ever stayed in. Everything had been thought through and provided, from the beer glass with the built in bottle opener, to the robes, slippers, shopping bag, umbrella, digital bidet, usb sockets for bedside charging... the room was immaculate and tastefully furnished, the minibar was free the location was a short walk from the airport's Terminal 2, the staff were in redibly helpful even despite the distinct lack of English language skills One of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in Nothing not to like

Staff were helpful Bed was comfortable and the linen was exceptional. Room was good size The wash basin was located in the bedroom instead of being in the bath room . Hotel is located away from anywhere to eat and hotel restaurant is closed by 8 pm . No shops in the vicinity of this hotel either and in a industrial type zone.

It is an airport hotel. New. Super comfy mattress. Too loud. The sound insulation is not good at all.

Staff Miss Oda really helped to sort out many things. Appreciated much. Staff should more fluent in English, they rarely don't know the English language. It takes sometime a lot of time ton understand the things due to language barrier.
