They gave me vety small room with single small bed clean wasn’t ok

The location is perfect. Cross the street and you directly reach the metro, walking short distance you already reach Nanjing Road. The hotel also surrounded with many great foods and restaurants (also the michelin authentic Cantonese cuisine restaurant). The concierge staff is so nice and so helpful, especially when I got troubles with taobao. The breakfast is good too. The wifi in China can't reach gmail.

Breakfast is excellent and meets my expectations well. The service lady who cleaned our room is very nice and responsible. We had a great service from her work.

Very central location,right across the subway station, the hotel is on the nanking road which is the busiest and famous pedestrian street in shanghai, big hotel with reception, I would choose again None

The breakfast is excellent and the location is very convenient, Metro line 2 connects with the Pudon Airport and Honqiao train station.

The best thing about this hotel is the Location. It's just across the train station and next to the park. A lot of eateries around this location. The Hotel rooms are cleaned daily and the cleaning service is good. The rooms were not the very best. Understandable that this is a old hotel, but the air-con/heater was totally not working the way I wanted it to, but considering it was cold and the room was getting stuffy, I could crack open the windows. The morning buffet does have some margin for improvement.

Probably due to the building it self is quite old, there is smell coming from bathroom, the bathroom is clean though, I guess might from the old pipe The first few stairs into the hotel, I had to carry both of my suitcases

None The hotel did not honor the breakfast inclusion for my reservation. Why would they post their hotel to booking.com if they will not honor what i have selected in booking.com. They didn’t even bother helping, it’s more like chase booking.com because that is where you did your booking. If i will be honest with the hotel, your hotel will not even be visible if you don’t post it over other sites so I don’t really get why they wouldn’t honor what I have booked from there. I paid upfront in the hotel and not through booking.com. Booking.com just connected them to tourists like us but they are never near accommodating or hospitable

The first room I stayed had a plumbing issue due to old facility. But the hotel staff changed a room for me immediately. The customer service is excellent to meet the needs. all staff are very nice and ready to help. I am very satisfied and will go back again.
